Great guys behind the counter. One of them wasn’t even a guy, but I didn’t ask. You know how it is these days. The burger is lettuce wrap top notch though.

Just a great burger joint. Good burgers. Awesome fresh Fry's. Service is great nice people. Floors and tables were messy. But there very busy. Will be back again. Oh and you can get all types of toppings on the burger bo charger

Im so disappointed in my trip to 5 Guys in Crystal Lake, IL. All I wanted was a hot dog and a cup of water. I walked in and ordered, I asked for a Chicago style dog. I realize it’s not an option but maybe they can get as close to it as possible.The order taker, a 18+. something kid, said that they don’t offer that, but I can “get it all the way.” I looked at the ingredients, and I said with a smile you put lettuce on the dog? He said, “yes” in all seriousness. I thought that was odd since I originally requested a Chicago Style dog. I don’t think he understood what I meant. How do you work at a hamburger/hot dog place and not know that type of dog style?
So, I order as close as I could to what I wanted. After a long wait for one hot dog, no fries, etc., it comes up with no relish. So I go up to the counter, and this same person looks at me and says, “Do you want me to remake it or do you just want a side of relish.” I was hangry and annoyed by this time, didn’t want to do that wait again, and honestly didn’t care for his attitude to me.
My issue isn’t about the relish, but just the attitude. I get these are young adults 18+, and I am hungry, but geez it’s a $7.48 for a hotdog that wasn’t prepared correctly and then got attitude when asked to rectify it. Not even a “oh my bad how can I fix this for you?”

This is the best freshest burger available. Culvers is the only thing close but it aint the same. Do one thing and do it well
Tip your grillers and they put extra dries in your bag and the last guy gave me a cup for water

Too expensive very dull Burger. No flavor. 1 regular cheese burger, one smaller cheeseburger, 1 coke and 1 vanilla shake $32, really. Won't be back.

The very first thing, I came walking into the restaurant and started sliding on the greasy floors. It was raining and the combination of wet shoes and greasy floors was not a good combination. The order I placed on the app was ready and waiting, just needed to add some extra fries to the bag. I ordered the veggie sandwich, I always order that, and fries. I think the extra fries were because the ones in the bag tasted old. Do they save old fries for the kids size fries (which is what I ordered)? I don't know but that's what it tasted like. The extra ones he added were much better tasting. The veggie sandwich was pretty much just slimy, BIG chunks of fresh onion over powered everything. Even after scraping them off, that was the only thing I tasted. The lettuce consisted of two very small pieces that were wilted badly. I used to come to this place more often a few years ago but I don't think I'll be back, it has really slipped in food and cleanliness which is a real shame.
Burgers better than most fast food places but not worth the price 18$ for a burger fries and a drink ouch!

Horrible service we were very specific in our orders and when handed our food the whole order was wrong they seemed distracted the food didn’t even taste how it was suppose to taste had to tell them to remake a burger that was specifically said no mayo or mustard after he remade it the first time it had mayo he goes on and puts mustard in the remake burger
