Had a taste for breakfast in the afternoon. Nice waitress offered table or booth in very clean dining area. I ordered a mushroom & cheese omelet, hash browns & bacon. All were delicious & served promptly and hot. Love the personal coffee pot for instant refills. Great service, reasonable price for non-fast food meal.

I have been coming here for a while now, and although we have had good service and food in the past, it has been getting a lot worse. The food quality has been getting worse and worse, and the service is not something i’m a fan of. When we paid, i was going to tip in cash but had left it in my car, when i went out to get it after paying, one of the staff (not our server) came out after us and yelled across the parking lot telling us not to come back if we are not going to tip. The waitress we had was fine. But the fact that one of the other staff who didn’t even serve us came out after us yelling about tip money that had nothing to do with him is not acceptable. A tip is not something that should be expected, but earned with good service, something he obviously doesn’t understand. The elgin location has much better service and food so if you want ihop, i would recommend going there, overall a better location.

We don’t come here much but when we do we love it! Food is always hot and great! Not to mention their coffee ☕️ is amazing! Sometimes we do sit for a bit until waited on but it’s made up for with friendly service and the atmosphere is relaxing. And big kudos to our waitress on Christmas Day for being amazing!

Your curbside service needs some assistance. I checked in and waited for 10 minutes before just going inside. I had my kids with me otherwise I wouldn’t mind going in but was trying to take advantage of curbside. Now the food was sitting for a while.
Me and my friends come every Saturday night, and we always request Ryan, he's always on top of everything, usually always by himself on the floor, holding it down with a near full house and still making sure me and everyone else is attended to and satisfied, will always be coming back as long as he's there.
