Rachel is absolutely phenomenal. She is the sweetest lady with absolute peak customer service! She made sure my boyfriend and I were satisfied even during what looked like a busy morning. Rachel our server was beyond AMAZING!!! My girlfriend and I went out to celebrate our birthdays and she made us feel so special. We went to the Crystal Lake, IL location. Highly recommend asking for Rachel as your server!!!!
