Exceptionally rude service. The person working on Friday evening 12/27 should not be interacting with the public. Just openly hostile and rude even to my 4yo child. Strawberry banana smoothie tasted off, like old gross bananas.

Went in waited in line for 10 minutes all the while the two girls ignored me and the four others in line. No hi no hello nothing. They kept making online orders I watched as they loaded up 7-10 more pitchers and I just figured at that point I didn’t need anything. You have people physically walking in those people should be taken care of first. I don’t mind waiting in line however this was ridiculous…. I would still be waiting if I had stayed!
Last time I was there it was in the evening and nobody was inside a bunch of guys were in the back getting high.

Please avoid this location. I waited 10 minutes for one medium drink (which is now over $8). Apparently they skipped me because the customer after me had her 2 drinks before me. No apology was given. They seem more worried about the online orders than those ordering in person.

Please do not go here. This location has zero care for customer experience. Only one person was working, no customer engagement. It smells like a tanning salon, the sun protection for windows in the evening time was shining so brightly due to the end unit and the employees were wearing pajamas with logos on them.Do yourself a favor and go to a different Jamba Juice or drive 5 minutes to another smoothie shop.

My wife was standing in line and staff ignored her for about 15 minutes. She inquired when they might take her order and the staff said whenever we get a chance. Then one of the workers said we are not going to service you and leave the store. This was followed by a sarcastically delivered Merry Christmas as she left the store. Though someone of authority should know how some workers are behavin.

I am so mixed with my judgement with my first visit to this store. I am a fellow business owner in crystal lake, as well as had a previous career in restaurant management. I want to be clear my experience by far was the best! Great drinks, great service, I told the host hat I wanted and I was given a recommendation and I loved it and so did my wife!....however, a big red flag to restaurant safety. The whole floor was half wet with no caution signs. I was careful and I have bo problem. But, if anyone else other than me walked in, greedy sue happy individuals would have destroyed this location if someone got hurt. Need to do a refresh of training and reminders of restaurant safety before someone smells a lawsuit...I sent an email on the website, my hope is they will respond Soni can helpI will post update if they respond.

Insanely delicious and fresh !!!! I love coming here to get a healthy treat, pick what you want, they make it fresh! What else could you ask for.

Walked in and nobody was there. I waited for about 5-10 minutes and still nobody came out, so I left. I’ve never had an experience like this before and it should be something that is addressed with employees.

Walked in, no employee present. Waited patiently for about 5 mins. I jingled my keys a little and boom 3 employees pop up out of nowhere… Disappointed.
