The bartenders are very busy with the wait staff, and so it affects their ability to take care of the customers at the bar. Sat there with empty drinks for quite a while. It also took the bartender quite some time to clear our plates when we were done eating. We kept stacking them to see if they would notice, they didn't.

I recently dined at Jameson’s and had a disappointing experience. Although we were greeted and seated quickly, the service afterwards was lacking. It took about ten minutes for our server to greet us, and I had to repeat my drink order. We requested bread several times, which is typically complimentary, but it arrived after our appetizer. It was on a salad plate with no knife suitable to cut. Food might have been enjoyable if the rest of our experience had been worth it. Our second drink or was taken but we never received our drinks.

Unfortunately, we waited nearly two hours for our main courses after being seated. This experience reminded me why it had been eight years since my last visit to this location. I hope management addresses these issues for future customers.

My husband & I were coming to the area to & we were celebrating his birthday. I called 2 days before to make reservations & the hostess was so nice & accommodating. When we arrived, it was no different, hostess was very nice. Our server was excellent as well as the food. The only complaint was my husband ordered steak med. but it came out med/rare. Chocolate Martini was excellent. If ever in area again we will be dining here.

Been here a lot of times . Excellent filet and lobster combo and chicken tortellini soup is delicious. I had a perfectly made martini and super clean place to eat great staff also and the manager is a great guy.

So initially I gave this place 5 stars. I'm not sure what happened. This was our favorite restaurant when we moved last year, the last 2 times we have visited though the food has been mediocre at best. They've changed something in the last few months and I really hope they change it back. I'd like to have my favorite restaurant again.

Host was extremely rude upon entry. Dressed very trashy for a supposed upscale place. Food was not worth the price. Steak seemed frozen then cooked, not fresh at all. Sides were all super salty. Got a very racist vibe there. Save your money people, go get a fresh steak at Texas roadhouse you will thank me later.

I'm a food delivery driver for Grubhub. This restaurant is incredibly disrespectful to its customers. I arrived here to pick up an order, and the receptionist said it would be "a couple of minutes." I understood that to mean 3-5 minutes. Ten minutes later, she repeated, "a couple of minutes." I told her she had already said that ten minutes ago. Then she said it would take another 10 minutes. After 18 minutes of waiting, she finally said (for the first time) that she would check with the kitchen. I'm not the customer for this order, but I represent the customer. In the end, I waited 35 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready in "a couple of minutes." There's a human being here, doing this job to support their family, and I believe the attitude of this restaurant is extremely disrespectful to some human beings.

Food is spot on. Staff is very kind and accommodating. Peter personally greets us. We celebrate holidays, birthdays, anniversaries and just dinner with friends. Our go to place. Very very pleased.

Really like this location for the service, quality, and the food. The service is just great. We went on a Monday, and they were surprisingly busy. I like that you get a salad and soup, and both were good. The salad had zero brown lettuce, and I had the lentil soup - everyone else (4 total diners) had the chicken noodle, we all liked our soups. I thought the others missed out with the lentil; it was really good.

Three of us went Kabobs: Two steak, one chicken and they were really good, excellent seasoning that I wish I could duplicate at home. The only critique I can give is that the rice was a little wet/slightly overcooked. It was still tasty, just not the texture I typically want in rice. I'm sure they make it in batches, so it's tough to keep rice at the best when doing so.

My better half had a Vodka Cream Sauce pasta dish (special, I think?) and it came with shrimp which was not on the menu. My wife does not like shrimp and the server immediately recognized it was the wrong thing. It was replaced in record time. We are pretty easy-going, so we thought nothing of it, but they took it off the bill, unasked. That is service!

I tipped at the original (pre credit for the mix-up) price and have a little regret that I did not bump it up to more of a 30% tip for the kindness.

Still the best bang for your buck in the area! the service is always impeccable, you actually get great portion sizes and the atmosphere is fantastic! Definitely our go to for special occasions, highly reccomend!
