Young lady who made my sandwich today was extremely polite and made the perfect sandwich! Everyone was extremely nice, from even the guy running the register saying hi as soon as I walked in. This location never disappoints.

Employees are always friendly and upbeat ! Recommend eating here at the Crystal Lk location.

my local jersey mikes is trash. this one in crystal lake is awesome. very friendly staff. last time my card wasn't working and the girl hooked me up. I like her the most at that store

I ordered through Door Dash a BLT sandwich. I did not select any extras. When it arrived it was 2 pieces of bread with nothing in between. Just 2 pieces of bread. Wrapped up. And sent to me like that. When I called them they said yes well you didn’t select anything. I said it’s a BLT sandwich. That means Bacon, lettuce and tomatoes! If you really had a question on the order, would you not call to check?? Or at very least put bacon lettuce and tomatoes inside, since it’s a BLT? Do your employees have any kind of education at all?

Every time we ordered from this location, it would get us sick. Every time, 3 different times, all the same result. Never ordering from here again.

I had the BEST sub during my last visit to this shop! The staff was super friendly, and Bennett, in particular, was so kind and made the experience truly awesome. Highly recommend!

Told them for here, I emphasized NO Bag ! they wasted a bag. And employee B could not read handwriting of employee A. Also Need double door, Really annoying each time door opened, feel a cold draft of wind. Also Slow 2 make my sub ==== alight, could not figure out how to reply to owner's reply, so my update is yes I will show up again. It is Sadly not the First time I told them to Not Waste a Bag, They even knew it was for here, so why are they on autopilot stuffing it in the bag, not only wastes a bag, but Really annoying to need to undo it. As for the doors, you need a solution, there is an airlock effect when opening the doors, and the wind blows napkins around when sitting anywhere near the door . thanks

I order on the app all the time, I have celiac and love the bread here, but the order I received tonight the bread was stale. Really disappointed with my food, I’ve never had problems like this before. Don’t serve stale bread.

Food is great, but if you like ice tea you should definitely avoid this restaurant! A few days ago, my wife dropped by to get a sandwich, chips, and a drink. Since they no longer have an ice tea dispenser, she grabbed a bottled tea out of the cooler. Then when she asked for a cup of ice to drive home with, the person working the cash register said she could only give her a small cup (hardly big enough to carry much ice and no lid) or otherwise she would have to pay full price for a second drink just to get a larger cup and lid! So in other words, if you really want an actual ice tea to go, be prepared to pay double. The sad part is that my wife had already paid a nice tip, but if this is how they treat their customers, we will definitely avoid this place!

Very disappointed. I really hope skimflation hasn't taken ahold of this place. My philly steak sandwich had over 30% less meat since last time I was here. My girlfriend's chicken philly had the same reduction in the meat portion. I also had literally 4 small tiny grilled onions on my entire sub it was pretty much non existent. I really like Jersey Mikes but will hang it up for good if it is like this the next time I give it a go

I have a newly diagnosed gluten allergy and they were very attentive and accommodating to my needs. They had a lot of gluten free options for both people who prefer it and for those that have an allergy to it. It was a wonderful experience and the night crew was kind and kept the place spotless.
