Great fresh subs! They put a lot of meat on it, and the bread is fresh and delicious! There are many toppings to choose from to customize your sandwich. My husband and I get the large sub and share it and we both get very full.

I'm a regular. Employees are super friendly. My order is always right and on time. Never had a problem and I'm there for lunch weekly.

The cold Italian sub is okay in a pinch. Mine had more than twice the ham than the very thin layer of Italian meats (bummer). Bread is ok (Bubs/others much better all around). It took way too long to be acknowledged, I was the only one standing at the counter with 3 employees behind (grand opening). The one finally taking my order wasn’t very friendly. Pass on the CL location & the Italian sub.

5 stars is almost impossible anywhere, because there is always room for improvement. That being said nice place, efficient and friendly food is good

Young lady who made my sandwich today was extremely polite and made the perfect sandwich! Everyone was extremely nice, from even the guy running the register saying hi as soon as I walked in. This location never disappoints.

my local jersey mikes is trash. this one in crystal lake is awesome. very friendly staff. last time my card wasn't working and the girl hooked me up. I like her the most at that store

I ordered through Door Dash a BLT sandwich. I did not select any extras. When it arrived it was 2 pieces of bread with nothing in between. Just 2 pieces of bread. Wrapped up. And sent to me like that. When I called them they said yes well you didn’t select anything. I said it’s a BLT sandwich. That means Bacon, lettuce and tomatoes! If you really had a question on the order, would you not call to check?? Or at very least put bacon lettuce and tomatoes inside, since it’s a BLT? Do your employees have any kind of education at all?

Told them for here, I emphasized NO Bag ! they wasted a bag. And employee B could not read handwriting of employee A. Also Need double door, Really annoying each time door opened, feel a cold draft of wind. Also Slow 2 make my sub ==== alight, could not figure out how to reply to owner's reply, so my update is yes I will show up again. It is Sadly not the First time I told them to Not Waste a Bag, They even knew it was for here, so why are they on autopilot stuffing it in the bag, not only wastes a bag, but Really annoying to need to undo it. As for the doors, you need a solution, there is an airlock effect when opening the doors, and the wind blows napkins around when sitting anywhere near the door . thanks
