Beware of an automatic 10% tip added to your bill when paying by card. I just bought a gift card, and I didn’t notice that you had to choose “no tip” when paying with credit. I mentioned that the charge was more than the value of the gift card, and the attendant asked a manager about why that might have occurred. The manager just tersely explained that the default option was a10% tip and that you had to select “no tip”, then he just walked away without even offering to correct the charge. Sheesh!
FOLLOW UP: A few days later the store updated the charge to my credit card, removing the undesired tip. Thank you!

Their salted caramel balls are very rich, almost too much, but I suffered through and ate it all. ;)

Best ice cream—ok, custard—around. Smooth, creamy, lots of choices, and generous servings of add-ons and add-ins. Nice people. Fair prices. If you have a chance to orde rone of their featured desserts like key lime pie sundae or carrot cake sundae...DO IT!

Julie Ann’s has my favorite custard, cakes, and concretes, everything I’ve tried has been amazing! My family lives for peppermint custard season and buys so many Julie bars and now the cookie sandwiches.

Truly the best peanut butter milkshakes!
Amazing. Close your eyes and point at the menu. Whatever you land on is delicious. Custard and concrete in all flavors and forms, including bars and cakes and pints to go. Note that the dairy free is coconut based, so it always has a strong coconut flavor.
