First time eating Julie Ann’s! Loved it! So many choices. Staff so friendly. Will be back !

Can I give ten stars? 100? Five years ago today my bestie from Illinois was raving to me, her California friend, about Julie Anne's custard. I couldn't fully appreciate the game changer that is the esteemed Julie Anne's custard. I finally planned to make my pilgrimage there on this trip, and can we say mic drop? The first taste was transplendant. I had a Julie bar with dairy free vanilla. Then made my way for round two - had to try the exceptionally rich chocolate flavor. I was absurd in thinking I would stop at two. I had a third and was planning my next visits' sundaes and concretes. I cannot express how exceptional this local treasure is. If I could ship it to California I would. Sincerely, your #1 fan

I love the sundaes at this shop and it's very good frozen custard.

Frozen custard options are delicious. It was very crowded when we went, but I appreciated how many staff members that were working to get orders ready. I counted at least 15.

Have been meaning to try this place as they have a lot of great gluten free options as well as amazing sounding specials. Finally drove 35min down to it for a try.

The bananas foster sundae was life-changing.

Will be back for sure. Tons of flavors and mix in options to try.

Bonus: They also do pup cups if you bring your doggo.

By the time our order got to the car it was very melted and something tasted like marshmallows even though we didn't order any.
Ill chalk it up to being busy on a hot day. Otherwise it tasted good.

The ice cream was delicious. The dairy free was a big hit with my grandsons.

Beware of an automatic 10% tip added to your bill when paying by card. I just bought a gift card, and I didn’t notice that you had to choose “no tip” when paying with credit. I mentioned that the charge was more than the value of the gift card, and the attendant asked a manager about why that might have occurred. The manager just tersely explained that the default option was a10% tip and that you had to select “no tip”, then he just walked away without even offering to correct the charge. Sheesh!

FOLLOW UP: A few days later the store updated the charge to my credit card, removing the undesired tip. Thank you!

I'm obsessed with their affogato.
Their salted caramel balls are very rich, almost too much, but I suffered through and ate it all. ;)
