The chickens that they're using nowadays must have some kind of growth deficiency because everything's much smaller the wings you can't even call them wings and the other parts are much smaller also so to me the price should come down to match their smaller pieces of chicken the pandemic is over so then they should get back to normal or closer than they are!!!!!

Really enjoyed my meal yesterday. Had not had KFC for years. Got a 3pc dinner box with one piece of original and two pieces of crispy. All was delicious. Mashed potatoes, biscuit and coleslaw were all very good too. Staff was great. The Crystal Lake location is a good one.

Although the food was fast and good the service wasn’t good. When we got there, the cashier was outside smoking then came in a few minutes later to take our order. When we were eating we needed more BBQ sauce, but we saw the man outside smoking again and scrolling through he’s phone.

The chicken I ordered tasted like fish, so much so that it triggered my body to respond with an allergic reaction.Usually it tastes like fish when the oil is heated and reheated and/or dirty oil is used. Still, I began vomiting.When I called to inform them of this, they could not have cared less. They said "you need to call Uber for a refund" I said I already did, but since this made me sick, I wanted to also call and let you know....They hung up sometimes while I was talking.
