Best Thai in suburbs! I have loved Thai food for much of my life and outside of the city, even after trying multiple Thai restaurants from the North Shore and burbs all around the area, this is hands down the best around! Fresh, not over cooked, spiced to perfection. While I would love to have a go to place closer, we will gladly continue to make the 30 minute drive to Crystal Lake to eat this high quality Thai. 2.5 stars. The pad Thai didn’t taste like pad Thai. It tasted like ketchup and was too sweet and was missing the peanut and lime taste. Didn’t taste good at all. The Duck Basil barely came with enough meat and the broth it was cooked with was very salty. Tom Kha soup was ok. Fried rice was great! Sadly, I wouldn’t want to eat here again.
The best pad Thai in the area. Friendly staff and generous portions. The decor inside the restaurant is great, and feels festive and warm.
