It was outstanding! Delicious, authentic and service was great Although it's a bit of a towny bar, it has a ton of class and charm. The burger's are good too. Definitely worth a visit to this establishment!

We had fried chicken Saturday evening with baked potato, coleslaw, bread and salad.
Everything was outstanding and delicious. We definitely will be back. We both thought it was better than Crandall in Hebron.

Tiffiny is a cut fire her she's bad for business

Walked in with a group of people who were ready to drink and spend some money, all very outgoing and happy. being people who just moved down the street at the new apts, we were hoping for this to be one of our spots. unfortunately that will not be the case. we were immediately welcomed with a customer yelling "well you better card all of these children". fine, yes we agree, do your job. and him saying that is not on the restaurant, but that just set the tone for the bartenders to then act the way they did. unwelcoming and rude. I asked for a drink after my ID was checked and he looked at me in the eyes and said ignored me and then asked someone else for their ID. I asked again, blatantly ignored again. everyone in my group saw it. my sister asked to close out bc we would not be staying and he decided to tell all of "ya you guys gotta get out of here". ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE.AND this was not our first bad experience there. about a year ago for a birthday, we walked in with another group to sit and the bar and the bartender again looked at us and said, "get out of here its dinner time". will never go back or recommend to anyone.

GREAT little place!!!! We were too late for food, but I hear that they have special meals on Tuesday nights. I am planning to go back on a Tuesday soon!!!!

Parking: Sometimes parking on the street is challenging, but there is a big lot behind the place and I believe they have a back door entrance.

I used to always call LaBemi's the hidden gem of Crystal Lake restaurants.They had a short decline for a while but they're on their way back up ..!For those of us who enjoy Old Uptown Crystal Lake, there's nothing like these restaurants, taken ya back in time, in quaint old buildings Off the Corporate corridor on Route 14...

It's a typical neighborhood bar/restaurant. You would think they serve bar food, but it is definitely not your typical bar food. The menu is a pleasantly short list. The ribs are amazing! The fried chicken is tasty, and it comes with a choice of baked potato, fries, or tater tots. I went with the taters this time around. Crispy and delicious. The Labemi's burgers are also equally scrumptious. If you like duck, the duck wings are a must-try. All of that great food is served by such a wonderful waitstaff. So if you're in the area, I recommend you stop by for some delicious food and have a refreshingly cold beverage. I definitely recommend it.
