Its 5pm and they aren't open?

They don’t pick up their phone. I wanted to check the status of a catering order for 26 pizzas and I have to go in in-person just to talk to someone.

Their website won't let you order a sausage pizza stuffed crust. You try and the site says error. Then when you call no one answers

Another overcooked dry pizza. Some white cheese on two slices on the top and the rest is destroyed. All the moisture and taste is gone. Always dark brown pizzas from this location. Can you seriously not calibrate your oven or get this to stop happening?

Tried to call and order 3 times. The phone rang and rang and then just disconnected. How can people order if you don't pick up the phone? Terrible customer service.

7/16/24 Called to let them know I wasn't able to leave a tip Thur the online order app and I would tip at pick up, no one answered the phone all day from open to close. When I walked in the next day and called , I watched the guy hold phone in his hand and did not answer. when I asked why he states we don't take orders over the phone.... I said that's not why I'm calling and when I explained to him why I was calling he changed his answer and said we were busy yesterday. Rubin needs to be informed Little Caesars is always busy.

Always rude. Never hot and ready. Refused to take my $20 bill which had a tear in it but was still legal currency. Was a complete jerk about it. Can clearly see into the kitchen and they touch everything without gloves after handling peoples money. Super disgusting

I always put in weird modifications and they always come through. I can't say the same about my local Little Caesars, so when this one is on my way home, I get my pizza here instead.

Parking: Parking is easy and there are always spots, even for my big suburban.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant!! These employees were so terrible!! They were very disrespectful! I used to love this place but since the crew working June 25 at 9 o clock we’re really eager to get out that they were very disrespectful to me and my family but they wouldn’t even take my order past 9 o’clock!! They were very very rude and disrespectful I have never been treated like this in my life!! This is a very bad reputation that Little Caesars is setting for their reputation!!

I'm an Uber eats driver, who is here often, I've come in for dinner a few times. Some of their staff is clearly newer but all very attentive and hard working. The older gentleman who is there most days is a joy to see and always very welcoming. The "newer" staff are all very helpful, and I have no doubt this is one of the more well kept establishments/Kitchens in the area after having spent time in many of our local businesses. There should be more reviews here which accurately reflect, the service is lovely and I have never had issues with any item on the menu or member of the staff. Thank you all, you've made my night several times and today was no different.
