Been here twice attitude is always terrible and takes forever

This pizza I paid for and took home looks exactly like another customer's review. Is this what you're serving to customers now and you think this is acceptable? If so, be prepared to permanently close your doors.

Pizza was horrible and a mess in the box. Not sure how a pizza place could cut a pizza so poorly. Crazy bread was over cooked and hard as a rock. Wast of money and going in the garbage.

I came in here the other day and ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza and some chicken wings and I swear to God it look like somebody sucked all the flavor out of my chicken wings and put them back in a plastic container and served them to me. They were dried up and wrinkled they look like a prune. It was so horrible and they're so far to go back and you're hungry. So I threw those away and continued to eat the deep dish pepperoni pizza which wasn't even cooked all the way through raw dough. Had to throw that away too. What a waste of 22 bucks. What a poor excuse for a Little Caesars Pizza. It's not that hard. I've worked there. I've seen how it's done. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my money. Don't go here. Go someplace else Domino's Jets, Pizza Hut or try a real pizza place for once in your life. How sad. This is what they serve you. It's like they don't care. It's like. Would you eat that dude? Oh my God I'm disgusted. They were a one-hit wonder never go back to that Little Caesars ever again. Close that place down and fire all of those people

the pizza is usually good but several times we have ordered something and gotten the wrong order or it’s taken a very long time for our order to be ready. The pizza portal has also been broken for at least a year now, and you always have to get the worker to get the pizza for you. Great pizza but not the best service.

Horrible and rude manager we ordered a deal online and thay didn't give us what we ordered they said it was we ordered but it wasn't and he refused to give us over missing items.

Every time I order from here I ask for buffalo ranch and they give me regular ranch. I even called the restaurant to let them know and the guy told me he would make sure I get buffalo ranch, and here we are again, a 3rd time and I have regular ranch! I am not spending extra money to get regular ranch, I want buffalo ranch!

I mean, there’s not much to report on about this place but I was in and out of there within 10 seconds. I was planning on placing an online order and going in to pick it up to get out of the house on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, and it was funny I checked online as I was walking in and it saw orders were behind schedule a lot so I walked in and placed my order and I was handed it right away! This location is very effective in person, the pizza was delicious and the crazy bread is always a plus. Great service! (Written 6-11-25)

I made a mistake on my pizza but I was there almost immediately after ordering. So I ran in and asked for a change. I was pretty sure the man was not understanding me but he grabbed my ticket and had me point it out. He proceeded to nod and smile. It wasn’t till I got home that I realized he either didn’t understand a word I said or just plain didn’t give a crap. Not the first time I’ve had issues at that location but it was on the way home. Needless to say, never again. Go to Lake in the Hills, they’re bomb!!
