They only give 3 of the 4 pack of crazy puffs. Dude had a nasty attitude when I asked him to make my food fresh and said it would be 20 minutes for him to make it fresh. I used to work for LC when I was a teenager and I know exactly how long it takes for the pizza to go through that oven and it is not 20 minutes when there’s no other customers in the store he was just trying to deter me from ordering it fresh so he’d actually have to do his job. He asked me at least 4 times “it’s gonna be 20 minutes are you sure?” YES! I said what I said!

My toddler absolutely had to have pizza after just eating at the sushi U so we got him 2 boxes of crazy puffs. They only gave us 3 per box instead of the 4 that its supposed to come with. I was wondering why it looked so strange so I googled how many it was supposed to come with.

Kept trying to place an order online gor lunch through my phone since that's how it it nowadays and it won't let me saying Whoops! A problem occurred placing your order. Please try again or call the restaurant @xxx.xxx.xxxx to place order. How can I they say it is all online now, restaurants that I've called before continue to have pick up over the phone in case something happens to their online ordering site.

Worst customer service experience with a “supervisor” very rude and dishonest. Food was burnt, overcooked and dried out. We tried to get it replaced or refunded and they refused. Never had a place burn every single thing that was ordered and then proceed to do nothing about it. $50 dollar and a waste of an hour. Do yourself a favor and find some thing better, little ceasers has dropped over the years.

My wings were so burnt and crazy bread was burnt too. Manager was rude and took the food back that I brought pack but didn’t replace it or offer refund. Will never go back here again. Also will be contacting corporate!!

RUDE. Ordered 2 pizzas, one delivered that wasn’t either of the ones ordered. The store manager told us if the delivery driver came back he could pick up the correct pizzas. The driver looked like he was 18-19 years old and graciously waited during the speaker phone convo with the manager. He agreed to go back to pick up the corrected order. When he returned, he saw both of our pizzas sitting behind the counter. When he tried to explain that the order was right there, the cashier kept telling him it wasn’t her fault and got very argumentative. Then the manager would only give him one of the two pizzas sitting on the shelf before telling the kid to get out of his store. That poor kid called us from the store because he was so surprised the manager refused to give him the order like he said he would during the phone conversation. Ultimately, the driver delivered one of the pizzas we paid for and told us it was the rudest thing he has experienced so far as a delivery driver. I get it, if I expected it to be perfect every time, I’d go pick it up myself. Don’t take it out on the kid trying to do his job correctly and graciously correcting your mistake.

Horrible breadsticks and pizza crust! Where’s the butter and Parmesan cheese they all other little cesear’s use? Talk about dry and bland.
