This is our first time here and WOW!!! Amazing customer service, food, and prices. This has to be the best kids meal deal around, we can't wait to come back. This is our new lunch spot, thank you McAlister's Deli!

I really like their BLTA (bacon, lettuce, tomato & avocado). My son likes the Reuben . Sandwiches are made fresh. Staff is friendly.

Parking: Three businesses share this parking lot, one of which has a drive thru, but I have never had a problem finding a spot.

I just placed my order through Uber Eats. They sent me an incomplete order without chips and pickles. I said okay, but I ordered a piece of cheesecake and received a portion so thin it looks like someone's leftover!
If you didn't have a full portion it would have been better if you didn't send anything!
Additionally, receiving an incomplete order shows a lack of attention and respect to your customers!

Really like the Crystal Lake, IL store.
The New Yorker is a great sandwich. Liberal amount of meat and cheese. It's my favorite.
Spouse had MEMPHIAN, it's her favorite.
Store is clean. Staff is great, friendly, and efficient. Service was quick.

Ordered sw spicy chicken sandwich. Heard many good reviews and was excited to try. Ordered to go but guess I should have checked before I left. There is supposed to be avocado, pepperjack, corn/bean salsa...none of which was on. What I did get was barely a 1/2 cup of shredded chicken drenched in sauce with a limp piece of bacon..which isn't even supposed to be in this sandwich.Seemed like you were staffed up and it definitely wasn't busy so it should have been fine, shift change maybe. I'll try again since the positive reviews but just wanted to give you the heads up

Ordered for pickup and the service was friendly. Food was great and would give a 5 star, but one meal had the wrong soup. Overall very good and we will be back.

I was impressed to the point I felt the need to tell, who I assumed was the shift manager, what an excellent experience my wife and I had. I can’t emphasize how good the food was, the staff treated every single customer and also how great of a time we had!I highly recommend Crystal Lake McAllister’sDeli. You will be glad you chose them for a healthier alternative to the greasy food everywhere else. On a scale of 5 STARS they are a 10 STAR destination for lunch or dinner.
