Ordered sw spicy chicken sandwich. Heard many good reviews and was excited to try. Ordered to go but guess I should have checked before I left. There is supposed to be avocado, pepperjack, corn/bean salsa...none of which was on. What I did get was barely a 1/2 cup of shredded chicken drenched in sauce with a limp piece of bacon..which isn't even supposed to be in this sandwich.Seemed like you were staffed up and it definitely wasn't busy so it should have been fine, shift change maybe. I'll try again since the positive reviews but just wanted to give you the heads up

i might be biased here but this is one of my favorite chain places. Their salads are always great, many of my coworkers enjoy their sandwiches as well. You gotta get a sweet tea - may i suggest a half & half with lemonade. They also have great desserts, i always get a chocolate chip cookie, they are soft and delicious. The staff at this location are always super friendly and as quick as they can be. I've seen them short staffed many times in the past and they always try their best and have a smile on. Really no issues with service at all - around lunch time this place gets busy. Plenty of seating, bathrooms are always clean. I love McAlister's.. i wish there was one in NJ but i frequent this location enough to satisfy my salad cravings.

I can’t emphasize how good the food was, the staff treated every single customer and also how great of a time we had!I highly recommend Crystal Lake McAllister’sDeli. You will be glad you chose them for a healthier alternative to the greasy food everywhere else. On a scale of 5 STARS they are a 10 STAR destination for lunch or dinner. I love the fact that I can get a great vegetarian meal here! Today I had nachos and a strawberry salad. All delicious. I also appreciate how calm and stress-free the environment is. I recently ate at another restaurant in the area with blaring music and staff that talked like auctioneers!

Not one table was clean. Staff standing around yacking. Manager sullenly picked up a good container and threw it away when we asked why the tables weren't being cleaned. I swear the portions here are smaller than Randal Road location. Chips were stale. And the kicker... A guy ate his meal, kicked off shoes (bare feet) sprawled across 2 booth benches and went to sleep. I think he worked there. Manager ignored him. We love McAllisters but this location is off our list. Wth

Bought 3 baked potatoes $ 30+ on Sunday 6/ 18/2023 plus a sandwich, potatoes are raw, supposed stuffing( toppings) were bare, only good thing is now I know better, I'll never order from there again.

On a quest for an outstanding corned beef sandwich with thick cuts of meat, but this was not it. It was ok.I asked for the meat to be warm on rye; I got toasted breadThe potato salad was creamy and delish. I'd order that again.By far the staff was this location's biggest asset. They were wonderfully accommodating in promptly picking up my plate when I was done and politely asking if I'd like a soda refill. And Danil immediately credited my card for the wrong size drink, WITHOUT my even noticing it asking about it.
