Ordered through drive thru, no condiments in bag when getting home. Asked for twice and on receipt. Called manager and was surprised that her response was nothing she could do. So I am out the monies because the kids won't eat nuggets without the sauces. Poor Management phone response leads to a negative review and lost customer

Absolute worst McDonald’s in the area. Slow, constantly messes up orders (which is fine but then they take zero responsibility or accountability). They have zero customer service skills and drive thru worker is extremely rude and blamed for not having a complete order. She said it was by responsibility as the customer to repeat the order. Absolutely abhorrent service. Avoid. Cooperate needs to look at these comments and get proper management in there to train.
