Drive thru was down today due to updating systems so they couldn’t take mobile orders through the drive thru so I went inside and my app wasn’t allowing me to change my pick up type and the manager let me use her reward so I could still get my discount today and she was very nice! Thank you!

I don’t understand customer service nowadays 🫠….Drive thru person wasn’t so nice when taking my order. The first window was very nice the 2nd window lady just gave me the food and said nothing. I get you hate your job but girl chill you’re making more than people that work twice as hard and still give good customer service.

We stopped by at 11:20 when this location states that it closes at midnight. We were not the only car asking for food and drinks. They turned all cars away, despite still being open. BIG heads up for mangers - this location is closing over 40 minutes before stated on a Saturday evening. Why list that you’re open until midnight if this 1) not true and 2) not implemented by employees. Fix the hours listed online or clarify employee expectations.

The Play place smells like mold. It was dirty and had smashed food in the play area. There is an older lady that likes to police the play area and tell all the kids every little thing that they do wrong. Very slow service

Waited over 10 minutes for my order with no line present and they messed up every item. On top of that my food was literally soaked with grease and completely inedible. I’m very familiar with acceptable quality fast food and this was not it. The manager refused to refund my clearly incorrectly made food and I left with a bag of garbage and $15 wasted. I don’t like to leave reviews, especially negative ones but this experience was outstanding so I thought I had to share. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Don’t walk from this location, run.

I don't understand why they let employees use their cell phones during working hours, The kitchen is very dirty and the dining room is horrible, a lot of garbage on the tables and the dirty floor, they don't clean it They have a lot of people working but they are useless
The cashier in the drive through Needs a raise. He's amazing. Best customer service I've ever had. Was super polite tall with I believe blonde hair kinda skinny yup, he's amazing.

We never get mcdonalds due to their low quality. Decided to try for our family breakfast. Order submitted through app and paid for around 10am. Got to the location around 1020am and was stuck in very long slow drive thru line. When I got to the speaker I was immediately told to wait. So I waited. I then gave my order number and they said the had to talk to their manager. They refused to give me my food because after my couple minutes wait at the speaker it was 1032am and they stop breakfast at 1030am. So even though we paid for it and the delay was 100% their fault we were refused food and told to cancel the order in our app and we'd get our money back in about a week. Called the manager and was told it was our fault and not theirs that they will not make our food and we have to wait the week to get our money back. So much for a good morning and good family breakfast. Never going to mcdonalds again, it needs to hurry and go bankrupt. Garbage food anyways.
