Place constantly forgets items in my order, not sure why they have a mobile app, foods never ready, don’t waste your time using the app. It’s quicker to just order from the broken intercom outside.

This location is not on McDonald’s app Kubota. I ordered a big Mac a large fry, a large drink and one additional sandwich. The coupon I had is free any size order of fries with purchase of a drink
My order consisted of a drink two sandwiches and fries and the manager proceeded to tell me that I had to order an additional second drink to be able to get the free fry however that’s not what the coupon says. It says free fry with any drink purchase.

Arrived at 10:57pm on 12/26.
Fire “Rene” or whoever was the employee with a pony tale. That decided to closet the restaurant at “10:30pm” Even though I clearly just saw a car leave the drive through at 10:55pm when I was the light.

Dirty place. Lazy employees. How many times do you need to be asked by customers to clean tables before you clean all the tables? I ordered from the kiosk and looked for a clean table. There weren't any clean tables. I had to ask. The lady came and wiped my table. Then, a few minutes later, a woman asked for a clean table. Again, an employee came and cleaned one table. Most people would think that if multiple people have had to ask you for a clean table, you'd do something about it to avoid future people asking for a clean table. I won't be back here. If the dining room is not clean, I can only imagine what the rest of the place looks like.

I had an experienced today...the speaker was echoing when they were taking my order...i notified them of the problem and the manager was called to take my order and she must of woke up on the wrong side of bed and started taking my order very rudely, again I told her the speaker is not allowing me to speak correctly because i keep hearing the echo of my voice...now my voice raised a little and she said...I HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT SERVE YOU BECAUSE OF YOUR TONE...i was like...I am practically telling you i am having an issue with the speaker and instead had to leave without my food for that morning...what a damn rude service from a RUDE MANAGER!!! 12/07/24 8:40 am
Waited for someone to come to Register never did how ever another customer came in and they took he’s order try to order and she walks away worst thing she saw me standing there she saw me waiting on line she can denied say she didn’t see me worst worst she was the manager unbelievable

Sunday morning...October 13, 2024 8:30 am drive thru... The cashier tried to overcharge me. Did not apply the the best deal. When I pulled up to pay and nicely told him he needed to redo the total and also told him how to ring up a sausage biscuit and hashbrown deal he turned and started taking the next order...totally ignoring me. I waited a minute and then pulled away because he was so rude. Honestly, every time in the past 3 months I've come here for breakfast they have tried to overcharge me, but this person was the rudest. The Cary location always gets this order correct, never overcharges, is polite, and quick. Avoid this McDonald's...they don't deserve your hard earned money and loyalty.

Going downhill lately. This has been our nearest McDonald's for the past few years. Sometimes there were order mistakes etc but the food was usually good. Lately the fries are always gross and the sandwiches aren't much better. We just got lunch on a Saturday and I hoped maybe the fry oil and kitchen gets cleaned up and refreshed for a weekend shift. Fries were bad again, food not great. We have never waited longer in one of the spaces where they tell you to pull up and wait, for 4 sandwiches and some fries, probably 15 minutes at least.
