Twice now I have ordered from this place with what’s suppose to have the monopoly pieces on them, DONT!!! So why am I paying for items on the menu that play for monopoly and not getting monopoly pieces with my items?

I’ve read the other reviews on this place and I do not disagree with the others, BUT personally my experience here has been okay… (despite having something in my drink yesterday, not sure what it was 😬). However I kid you not, I was using the restroom and saw an employee go in, use the restroom, stand in front of the sink and LEAVE, didn’t even bother to wash her hands. Yes you can wash your hands in the kitchen too, but you’re touching all sorts of germs in the bathroom and then you go in doing your job handling food??? Yikes. 🫥 I gave this place two stars only because my experience is an okay-ish place to eat.

I don’t write reviews typically unless they are good but I just had the most insane experience. Didn’t think I was in a rush but after 18 mins from pulling in to getting to the window for a short line is already crazy but willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. But then we order a Diet Coke, coffee, 2 sausage breakfast burritos and 2 sausage McMuffins; which I had to repeat no less than a half a dozen times because they kept adding random items to the screen…. These are value menu things. They then tell us to pull into a spot to wait. I say no just give us a refund and that takes no joke another 5-6 mins…. These are things that are done and ready before we even ordered it. If we have to wait for that order there is nothing they are capable or having ready at the window

After a 12-hour shift at the hospital, this McDonald's is the only place open and the closest fast food option. I order a meal here almost every Wednesday, and it's disappointing that I have to pay for two ranch cups every time when I pay for a full meal. I asked the staff why, and they just said, 'I don't know, you just have to.
