The smell of wonderful chocolate hits you as soon as you walk in. The decor is fun and reminds me of being a kid in a candy store (which I become every time I walk in). But the wonderful chocolates are the reason to keep coming back. Their turtles are amazing and they have some unique items as well. I love their nonpareils. They can make up a gift box of your choice while you wait. We love Mellie's.
Came in and was served GREATLY by this solo employee named Christy. Amazing costumer service and kept most of their cool even while answering multiple phone calls. That’s absolutely insanely impressive and hectic. I asked Christy after greatly serving 20+ people at once if there was another person on the shift and they said no. I know no one can really change that policy but 1 person on a shift is insane if it was only today. 5 star food and even greater costumer service but...
It’s one of the best ice cream I’ve ever had! It’s so delicious! I had chocolate , fat Elvis and time to be serious flavors! All the flavors are amazing! It’s an authentic made ice cream. The owner is very friendly and one of a kind lady! The atmosphere is good! It’s highly recommended when you’re visiting Crystal Lake!
