Just got the pistachio chocolate strawberries. 1st off, your pistachio cream is fantastic!! I think you guys made it in house. But you're using the wrong kind of chocolate. It's not supposed to harden. It's chocolate ganache, typically. I hope you take my advice and get the right chocolate because that pistachio cream is FIRE.

Tried the Dubai strawberries and I was very disappointed, I understand it was late in the day but they shouldn’t offer the item if they don’t have all the ingredients… specially if they don’t let you know before ordering one!

Place is very welcoming very clean and the pecan yogurt is my favorite

I only go there for 1 thing and it's for the HORCHATA. Since I work nearby now, That horchata on a hot day most definitely will cool me down and service is amazing as always.

Actively ignored me while they served several customers behind me that walked in after while I patiently waited in line. I just left without ordering anything. Slowest service I have ever seen as well, so while actively ignored while they make eye contact with the person 2 feet to your left, they take their order 1 item at a time to prolong their ordering process. No diligence, no respect for customer time or interaction. Will never spend a single dollar at this establishment.

They straight up sold me watery canned corn in my elote and charged 5 bucks each I was really disappointed I threw it out after like 3 bites. Not cool at all to do that to people and charge 5 bucks

In my opinion it is the best fur and ice shop in the entire Mchenry County. I have tried many and without a doubt it is the best and very excellent staff I recommend it
