Food was fantastic; stopped in on a whim while I was in the area. Issue I had was with the bill. First they charge extra for cards which I understand but 4% seems like a bit much most places are like 2%, secondly they have the suggested tip amount at the bottom of the check but not only do they factor in the extra 4% charge for cards but also tax which should never be done.

Relaxed and comfortable inside, everything was very clean. Loved the music playing. We tried a little of everything since it was our first time. The Blueberry/Chipolte bbq sauce is fantastic if you like a sweeter sauce. Cheese curds & pickle chips were really good too!

First time visiting and we were not disappointed with the meat. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We arrived at 7:30 on a Friday and service was winding down, so ribs had run out but I was there for the brisket, which didn’t disappoint. Not fatty at all, and Classic BBQ sauce was quite tasty. Next time we will show up a little earlier but we will be back!

Are you kidding me? I spent 15 years in Texas, and this place is killer! We had everything from soup to mac & cheese to ribs and baked beans. Even Wisconsin cheese curds. Everything, everything was absolutely fantastic. They even serve shiner.

The servers and place are very nice. But my food was booty cheeks no cap. I got a full rack o ribs. Not tender. No flavor. And the corn bread is dat gum tinier than a field mouse. My old lady got the brisket grilled cheese which was pretty yummy. But the sauce is bland. I was hoping to leave a rootin tootin 5 star shootin review but this cowboy is mighty disappointed and is fixin to mount his steep and ride off down the trail never to return.

The sandwiches and meat are decent, nothing to rave about. The sides are not good, the Mac and cheese and Beans were watery and very lacking in flavor. The cornbread was dry, dense and bland. The brisket fries were decent but pickled jalapenos would have helped the flavor rather than raw. The sauces were all quite good, just wish the meats and sides were up to par.

I’m confused by the great reviews… we went here because of the reviews and were disappointed after spending $70. This place was mediocre at best. Took 30+ minutes to get our food (we arrived at 5:20pm before the dinner rush and we had 2 adult meals + a kids meal), the water tasted gross so we ended up ordering soda instead because the water tasted undrinkable honestly and needed a drink so settled for soda, the pulled pork was SO dry - we drenched it in the sauces they provided too and it still wasn’t good. The baked beans were crunchy and under cooked…And I believe my husband got food poisoning from this place (he randomly threw up in the middle of the night and was feeling extremely nauseous following our meal). Also - their menu prices don’t match what you’ll actually be charged. We were charged ~50 cents more per item than what the menu stated. Not a major deal but why the difference? And it wasn’t the tax - we were also charged tax on top of the extra charges for each item (example - menu says pulled pork meal is $14… we were charged $14.56… kids meal $7.99, we were charged $8.40, etc etc). Won’t be returning.

Moontime is outstanding! The bbq is not too dry like most other places. The brisket grilled cheese and pulled pork sandwiches are delicious. All of their sides are excellent too. Cool atmosphere and friendly staff as well. This is now a weekly stop for us.

Really good BBQ, however when you go be careful of ordering from their craft beer selection. We actually selected a beer that cost $9.50. They do not have prices listed. Also, in very small print at the bottom of the menu, they are charging you more it you use a credit card. We also noticed that their menu listed an a certain price but we were charged more on our bill. They seem to be nickel and diming you to death. The wait staff is wonderful. Just be careful or you might be charged more for your meal.

We just had Moontime Smokin' Que catering for our team Christmas party and the food was delicious!!! The brisket and pulled pork were tender and flavorful and the sides were the best. I had a couple helpings of the au gratin potatoes and the pineapple jalapeno coleslaw! Everything was hot and on time! Highly recommend them!Vegetarian options: I appreciated that their beans were vegetarian since we had some people who didn't eat pork at our event

Came here for the first time tonight. I came specifically wanting ribs, and thats what I ordered. WOW! Thats the best word for the ribs! Nice and tender, but not mushy, with a nice crusted top. I ordered the beans and cucumber salad as my sides, equally as great. Service was very fast and very friendly. The atmosphere was very nice and had a great vibe. I will most definitely come back, and can not wait to try their other food.
