This place used to be my go to for delivery. Now I will never order from this restaurant again. They have a scam going out that the drivers don’t have change so they could keep the extra money for themselves. Very very poor management! Bunch of kids trying to run this place. What a joke! Was stuck in Chicago last week (the 23rd.). Missed layover flight and airline put us up in a hotel. We got there at 1am and the lobby of the hotel handed these out to all of us. I ordered right away. It took oven an hour to get our food. I actually gave up and feel asleep. Then they came. Tipped the pizza guy good. As always.

We always order from Mugs because we really enjoyed their food. Our recent order was very disappointing. My son ordered the BBQ chicken. Barely any meat and the chicken was drenched in orange BBQ sauce. Baked potato so overcooked or was sitting for a very long time. Our cheesy garlic bread had shredded cheese 1/2 melted. No, I didn’t call to complain. It is what it is. I’ll just stick to the pizza.
