Mug's Pizza & Ribs

Me and my partner have been going to this restaurant for 4 years and have fallen in love with mugs ever since we enjoy the great service and great people that work here the food is always fresh and delicious and the ribs are really worth the money they ask for never go anywhere else for the pizza I want because they know how to prepare cook and serve an amazing pizza thank you mugs for your amazing service and for the years to come.

We gave a $150 gift certificate from Muggs Crystal Lake as a gift for folks living in Mount Prospect/Arlington Heights so they could get the food for their family’s Christmas Eve dinner. . Much to their disappointment, the Mount Prospect/Arlington Heights would not accept the gift certificate saying they had to go to Crystal Lake. These folks are 80+, handicapped and don’t drive so neighbors were picking up the food. Muggs clearly had no Christmas Giving spirit and we tried talking to management to accept the certificate but they were very rude.

I have tried talking to the Arlington Heights/Mount Prospect management previously and they are really not customer friendly. Do Not order their eggplant, it’s so are and they rarely remember to give me a Senior discount even though I ask each time

Guess Arlington Heights/Mount prospect folks need to find a more customer service friendly place.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a meatball sub, the large pepperoni was excellent. Everything you want in a pizza, crispy crust, tangy sauce, spicy pepperoni, mozzarella cheese that pulls. The BLT sub I got instead of the meatball sub was phenomenal. I wasn’t even mad that I got the wrong sub, could have been miscommunication but it doesn’t even matter. No matter what you get this place is a 9.3/10
