I ordered from outback steakhouse tonight and they told me a time to pick it up and I waited over a half hour. They claim that they were very busy but they were only four tables with people there watching the lady staple tickets to the wrong bags. finally got my food after a half hourthen called to see if I could speak to a manager. The girl on the phone had told me I’m sorry my manager is busy right now. She or he will not be able to talk, but I can always contact later.

My wife and I went for a Valentine’s Day lunch to avoid the evening chaos. We were seated right away. The restaurant was clean with the perfect ambiance.
Maggie was our waitress and she was very attentive. The dirty plates were quickly cleared and refills were quick.
The steak and cheese dip was a perfect appetizer with the most tasty chips I have had. My steak was hot and perfectly cooked. The baked potato was hot as well with a soft and flaky texture.

The steak was great, but overall, the experience was underwhelming. The carrot on my plate was over-fried and barely edible. My drink arrived not full (photo, video attached). The desserts were overly sweet. The baked potato was not edible. The service was disorganized, with too many people involved and poor communication between servers.
On the positive side, one of the deserts, the potato cream soup was excellent, and the fries with bacon and cheese were absolutely delicious. However, the inconsistencies in food quality and service make it hard to recommend.
