We met my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters for lunch. My daughter-in-law arrived before us and said that Ethan had pulled together a table for our group, adjusted the blinds as it was warm in there and offered some broken cookies for the kids as they couldn't be sold. Another gentleman came and cleared some plates. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed our lunch.

The Sips Club brought us in, the food and atmosphere kept bringing us back! Great location with wonderful service, every time!

I ordered online. I got a chicken salad sandwich and it had a negligible amount of chicken salad on it, not spread out at all on the bread. Then the tomato slices were still stuck together stacked on top of each other. Had to put the sandwich together myself essentially. A bit expensive for this kind of thing. Otherwise, everything tasted fine.

Came in for a breakfast item. Was served by Gisselle. One of the most pleasant, kind people I have dealt with in a long time. She was polite and kind. You need to hire more just like her!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Panera location. The dining area was noticeably dirty, with tables left unclean and floors that clearly hadn’t been taken care of. On top of that, the portions were much smaller than expected, especially considering the prices. To make things worse, my order wasn’t even prepared correctly, which added unnecessary frustration to the experience.

I usually enjoy Panera for its consistency and quality, but this location really fell short in cleanliness, portion size, and order accuracy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, because right now it’s not a place I’d recommend or return to.

The best thing is the unlimited sip club membership! Wonderful place to come hang out and enjoy a quick meal. Service is not always the friendliest especially when I have to go up because they made my sandwich wrong. I think the portion of soup, for the price you pay, is too small. Otherwise, the sandwiches are great. I do miss the old sourdough loaf they use to have.

They don't know how to put app orders on the app order shelf and waste your time while you wait there thinking it's not ready when they're holding behind the counter for some reason

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from this location tonight. Ordered the broccoli cheddar soup. Within an hour of eating it, I puked the entire thing up. My husband only had his sandwich and we threw his soup and an additional sandwich away. What a waste of $50. I plan to contact the health department if I don’t hear back.

I ordered 2 cinnamon crunch bagels sliced and toasted with cream cheese. I am normally not one to complain, but I was so disappointed to discover my bagels were completely burnt. I’ve never had an issue prior to this.

Once again, the soup was baby warm but this time it was the cream of chicken soup. I was working I had to hurry. Did not want to wait in line for anybody to correct the problem the soup that was baby warm. Actually, I went to the hot water that they have out for tea to put in and that was not anywhere near hot so before I left, went up to the counter that they prepare food and told the girl she just says that her middle whatever was not working or off and it’s been corrected. If I want another bowl of soup I said no she never apologize she never said sorry about that at all never offered to give me anything else, FYI Panera it’s required by law that you serve and keep food at certain temperatures hot food is supposed to be served hot cold food is supposed to be served cold I’m done going to the Panera I go to about six different Panera’s a week and apparently your Panera has a problem because once again, this is not the first time that you are serving soup that is not hot.
