My roommates and I are always there almost every weekend. Our fave meal choice is their house special P3 Pho Royal with your choice of Beef Rib/oxtail. The broth is just exquisite! We love boba as well and they have a boba shop in there and they serve boba drinks with your meals too so it’s a win win for us. Highly recommend it 😌

We ordered pho from what we have always known as Pho Royal. Evidently this is no longer the case. Website comes up as Pho Royal, however uber eats delivered from TK Grill and Hot Pot. Nowhere is it listed that it is a different establishment. The food was a solid 1/5 as opposed to before when it was amazingly delicious. The broth for the chicken Pho was cold and watery. It lacked any flavor. The chicken was dry and it tasted like water broth with a small amount of salt. I would love to leave a review for TK Grill and Hotpot but somehow they don’t even have somewhere to rate. I’m supremely disappointed because in the past every time ordered from there the food was amazing and had such depth of flavor. Uber eats was zero help and essentially told us to shove it even though their app still lists it as Pho Royal. Thanks for that. Very unhappy overall. Do not recommend. Will never be ordering from whatever this place has become again.

This place is amazing. It looks empty most of the times but people come and go and they have a lot of orders to go . Their food is delicious and we come for pho soup 2 times a week . It’s amazing compared to Chicago ramen couple doors down .
Servers are extremely polite .

I decided to come here because my usual place was closed on Mondays. With this being a cold, wet, and cloudy day, pho fit the bill. I had their three meat pho and it was wonderful and delicious. It hit the spot. Pictured is my empty bowl because I was ravenous!

the description and picture on uber eats doesn’t match at all what the dish actually is. i ordered a spicy beef and pork noodle soup and got a not spicy soup with ox tail, tendon, crunchy flank, and bologna… not what i wanted and it wasn’t very good either.

Heard about this place before they even opened years ago. My brother in law was friends with the previous owner (read another review that there's new owners now) and he'd asked all of us to come try the food out before they even opened but we were busy and didn't get the chance.
Anyways, today I walked in and it was literally a construction site. Total mess. Nobody in site but alot of loud construction noises were heard. Looked over and couldn't find anyone, left and called from car but nobody picked up. Assuming there was a wedding the day before because huge pictures of the bride and groom were still at the entrance and front area, flowers and chairs flipped all over the floor.
The funny part is, their Facebook post even mentioned they will be closed Sunday September 29 but will reopen Monday September 30 which made me think I'm all good to go. I was really pissed off but I think the Facebook post made me even more pissed off. I had young kids with me who were excited to eat too. Nope. Never again. Thanks for nothing.
Forgot to mention, we drove 45 mins. to get here. 1.5 hrs wasted driving and on gas.
