A few years ago, me and my grandpa would run by downtown, grab a hot dog and some popcorn, then run on over to the Williams St. Tap to eat inside. It's a wonderful concession stop and I've never had a problem with it. Just make sure to go on a sunny day, m'kay?
This experience was most likely not ordinary. We got there at exactly 2:30. (The sign on the building says, "Open at 2:30". We walked up and no one was inside. We watched as a young lady exited her car at 2:40 and entered to open up. We waited for a few minutes for the popcorn to pop. We ordered what we wanted and received part of our order.
