Had an amazing lil mommy and me date with my girls here. My daughter raved about it the whole day it was fantastic. I loved the mini chocolate crème pie 😍😍💖

Was walking past and stopped in for the first time. I had already eaten lunch, so I wasn’t hungry, so I ordered the Dubai chocolate mocha cold brew with Pistachio cold foam. Omg….it was the best coffee drink I’ve ever had from any single coffee shop. All the food looked so good! I will definitely be back to try more!

Stopped in an bought the Beef pie and an apple pie. Wow the beef pie was outstanding. Even my picky teenage daughter love it. Definitely a must stop place every time I’m in Crystal Lake.

If you like authentic
Quiche Lorraine, and Croissants, this is your kind of place. I am so pleasantly surprised to finally find an authentically French Croissant and Quiche Lorraine!
My only demerit would be they need more seating. There hourse are good too for late lunches. I highly recommend this Pâtisserie!!!

OMG - the best chicken pot pie I’ve ever had! I am not generally a fan of pie pastry, but their’s is fantastic! It has a spice baked into it that’s delicious and it is flaky and a perfect vessel for the creamy chicken filling.

This is the cutest little shop! I went in looking for a savory treat. I got a spinach and goat cheese quiche (to die for) and an incredible little coconut cream pie. The woman at the counter was so sweet. They have a ton of options for snacks and sweet treats!

Everything i’ve tried has been absolutely delicious and the girl that usually works there is so sweet and kind! The prices are a little on the higher end but the food is super good!

Recommended dishes: Very Runny Lemon Meringue Pie

9 -10 dollars for croissant. Seriously?
8 dollars for miniature portion of some version of a cake.
The downtown Chicago is twice less than this.
Crystal lake bakery is not New York give me a break. Didn’t even look presentable or delicious to make me ignore price and buy.

Decided to stop here while I was in the area and I am so glad I did. The food is exquisite and the shop owner is so sweet and kind. I had to limit myself with all the goodies I wanted! Will most certainly make the trip to come back here.

One of my favorite places to spend all my money! Everything I’ve had at Pots and Pies has been out of this world and had me happy dancing in my chair. Get treats to eat there and then treats to bring home you won’t be disappointed! The bakers are the sweetest, kindest humans and I love chatting it up here! Like them on socials and follow their specials you won’t be disappointed!!
