We visited on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at this Crystal Lake location. It was new as of 2023 and before that we always enjoyed dining at the Huntley location so we were glad it came to Crystal Lake. This was not my first time in but it has been a while. The wait was pretty long and we weren’t exactly communicated with and it was a little frustrating but the food tasted good and the staff (especially the manager) was very friendly and polite. Hi. I would like to say thank you to Jacki at the Crystal lake location. She was so kind and showed empathy when I was there on Thursday 8/1/2024.
It’s been a difficult week and my mom had passed away that morning. That was my first meal in about a week. She was so kind to pay for our meals.
