I will NEVER order from this horribly run franchise AGAIN. This is the 2nd time they have screwed me over and there will not be a 3rd time. I placed 2 separate orders at 11:20 am to buy Christmas lunch for 2 of my clients. Both orders were confirmed and were consecutive, order #13 & order #14. As of 1:30pm , only 1 client has received their food. I called the store and talked to someone named Kumar who never once apologized and just kept saying we are busy, your order is being delivered. Well, WHERE IS IT??? No manager on duty(never is), no apologies, no nothing, just like my clients who have been waiting for lunch. Update: Order showed up at 1:51 pm, There is absolutely no excuse for this! They lost this order in the shuffle and wouldn't admit to screwing up.

Ordered two 20" sausage pizza's one with onions ($6.00 for extra ingredient). They charged me $95.00 for two pizzas. We picked up the pizzas!! Also a 3. 40 something charge like a convenience tax. I have NEVER paid almost $100 dollars for two sausage pizzas. They will never get my business again!

We ordered a half and half pizza and garlic bread with cheese. The pizza was cooked perfectly, the vegetables were very fresh and it was baked just right.
We couldn't have asked for a better pizza. Thank you.

Ordered a large pizza on their get a free 10” pizza with the purchase of a large pizza. I added toppings to the small pizza and paid extra of course. I get home and realize they made the small pizza wrong. I call up and they offered to give me a free 10” pizza next time as long as I purchase a large. What a joke. Third time they make my pizza wrong this year. Looks like it’s Pappa Saverios from this point.

We ordered for the anniversary promotion and while it was mass chaos, the employee up front had the best attitude! Pizza was great. We will use this location again.
