Got a membership 4 months ago first time actually using it get up to the register and she says my card is not valid I’m not a member?????????? Well it took 3 people to sign me up that day no one knew how the hell to do it sooo not surprising. The prices are ridiculous not a discount know your prices per item!

Even though it does say that masks are required to enter, no one seems to care. Just a while ago I watched a lady with no mask cough into her hands. blow her nose then proceed to touch everything while shopping. Promptly left disgusted.

Went to buy a larger item today and got it in my car but the trunk needed to be strapped/tied 1/3 of the way. I was brushed off and told by 2 people they cant help me and one guy that said I could buy straps, but then realized they havent been restocked and that he had to restock them still. I understand if you don’t provide help with that but some respect and help me come up with a solution would have been nice. Been a customer for many years but will not be returning to this store after how I was treated today.
