I just wanted to thank my Starbucks Baristas at this location. Every single one of them is so incredibly kind and welcoming. Even if I’m having a really bad day they always make me smile. When I walk in they know me and know my order by heart (even though it’s stupid complicated). Today I walked in and she had already started loading it into the register by the time I walked up. I go out of my way to go to this location even if another location is closer. I just wanted to let them know how much it means to me and that their kindness, professionalism, and winning attitudes do not go unnoticed. You all are the absolute best!!!! Thank you all so much for your hard work and friendly smiles.

Every time I’ve gone here so far something is wrong with my drink, whether size or the actual drink being something completely different. When I told them I think something was wrong (which I absolutely hate to do) I got attitude from the baristas each time. I don’t even want to come here anymore.

I tried a new drink today, I loved it It was amazing, but the staff was just so outwardly generous and sweet today, we were talking about how I was really nervous because every time I try something new I usually tend to hate it and then I'm sad that I spent the money on it, the barista who is working there told me that if I didn't like it she probably would just make me something new. Because she understands and has been there before. Not once have I ever had someone say that in a position where they are servicing me. I really do appreciate it they deserve more tips than I can afford

The staff at this location are phenomenal! Incredibly friendly. Above and beyond for wonder customer service. At times can be a little busy but understandable so. Parking is not ideal. But overall, fantastic Starbucks.

Always busy. Always ignoring drink specifications. I can count the amount of times they’ve gotten my drink RIGHT on one hand. Sorry, but it’s almost $10+ for a coffee and I have to pay extra to customize only to not get what I asked for majority of the time. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Starbucks off Route 14.

Great design and the store is in the heart of Crystal Lake. Plenty of parking.
The food, as well as the people that I have spoken to have all been great. But today I stopped in to quickly use the bathroom, (as I work a job that has me in a truck, running routes all day), only to find that they have put keypad locks on the bathroom doors, and they stay locked. Whoever thought this idea was a good one, you’re wrong. Making basic human functions harder for your customers will cause quite a few of them to completely lose interest in your location. We have plenty of other Starbucks nearby to go to. And we have other High-quality coffee options in the area as well, aside from Starbucks. I look forward to the day when they decide to make their bathrooms reasonably accessible again.

Came here after my daughter and her friend finished a summer class as a treat. Place was clean. We were greeted promptly. Was able to find a spot to sit outside and people watch while the girls chatted. I would come back when in the downtown area.
