I didn't get my stars for a $25 gift card I bought, even though I scanned my rewards twice and the batista said it went through, I want my stars that was expensive😭👹 I'm a broke highschooler. Please give me my starrrrrrs

I can’t say enough about the amazing baristas here! Their customer service is top-notch, and every drink is made just right. A big shout out to Alex, the barista in the drive-through, who always greets customers with a smile and provides great service. Thank you Starbucks for your wonderful team!

Updated review because I feel like this Starbucks is having a competition to see how poorly they can make my Uber eats orders. I understand making one coffee wrong out of 10 orders but 9 out of 10 of my previous orders have been incorrect. This has been proving to not be worth almost double what one of these coffees cost.

Nitro Cold Brew Cinnamon, Carmel coffee. They are the only starmbees that's is not sold out of this flavor. Great environment. Highly recommend. Matt is awesome.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. every time I visit this store, there’s always an issue. so for the longest time I’ve been avoiding this store. But for some reason, I decided to make a quick stop to pick up a few coffees for myself and others because it was on my way to where I was going. I made sure I had the orders perfectly clear so there would be no issues. I read my final coffee order from the Starbucks receipt that’s typed up by a barista to the barista that was taking my order. And she looked at me very confused and asked the other baristas if she could do that. She then tells me they can’t do it like that and if they did, it would have to be rung up as a latte, but they’re going to make an exception today. I wasn’t looking to argue. I was only looking to get my coffee and get out as quickly as I can because I knew there was going to be an issue. I don’t understand why other locations have no issues typing out this order and I know they don’t ring it up as a latte because I watch them when they put the order in to make sure it’s correct. But of course, every time I visit this location, they tell me they can’t do it like that. They tell me it needs to be run up differently or they don’t even read the sticker and make the coffee incorrectly.
