Fix your toaster already! Over two months now, Every time I feel like getting Subway while on my lunch break and swing by they have a toaster not working sign on the door.

I went to pick up my food just now and I had just put in the order so it wasn’t ready when I got there, I hadn’t given them enough time, but the girl was working on my sandwich. She was very cognizant and made it exactly the way I wanted this is what I call Great service.

I usually like this subway, but they kind of dropped the ball on my recent order. I ordered online and asked for it to be ready by 3:15. I came in to see they had not started it at all and they had to start making it once I walked in and asked for it. I even asked politely where my order was and the two girls searched through a PILE of orders until they found mine and simply said "we'll work on that" with an attitude. One of them just stood there watching the other as she worked on 3 sandwiches by herself before she finally decided to help.
I was told right after I walked in that I couldn't use the coupons. Then, by the same person, a short, long ponytail haired kid with glasses treated with nothing but attitude. I walked out before he started making the sandwiches because he was so rude. There is a subway down the street in which u will be treated.
