I really love taco bell, one of my favourite fastfood chains. Recently visited this location and I got mix feelings about it. The food was great, fresh ingredients, the fries were hot and crisp, nothing to complain about here, but the service was a little disappointing. First of all, we had to ask to get our table cleaned, I understand that it was very busy, but other places somehow manage to always keep the tables clean. Not a big deal to be honest. Second of all, they forgot a part of my order and I had to remind them about it and had to wait for it to be made. Other than that, I had a great experience

We came here on Friday, November 21, 2025 after a fun evening in Crystal Lake. One of Taco Bell’s perks is that they are open until 4 in the morning. The food is always pretty good, but I do kind of prefer face to face service and don’t enjoy kiosks very much. Again not much to note on but good experience. (Written 11-30-25)

We waiting for 40 minutes for our order pick up. The assistant manager was so rude when I asked her how much longer. They were short staffed I get that but never be rude to the customer. She told me she had no idea how long it will tahe. She was so very rude and yelled it like I am a child. Where is respect for customers and professionalism it's completely out the door. She should lose her job. She was rude to everyone who spoke to her. Will not be visiting this store again.

I was the only customer in the drive thru, spent $30 for four burritos and when I got home and opened up the bag it was 3 hard shell plain tacos with just meat and cheese. Super disappointing.

AWFUL! so i ordered 6 crunchy taco supremes and i was shocked to find out that just that cost almost 20 dollars!! then i opened the bag once i was already home to discover they had given me not 6, but 3 tacos! i am madddd!

Horrible experience, the person in charge is a rude person and shows nothing of respect to the client, he did not want to serve us and sent another person. To serve me and I took my daughters, and even they realized that this person did not want to serve us... not even if I was very hungry I would return to this place... with so many better places, much better than this one. Where customers don't know how to appreciate!!

The older lady working at Taco Bell (night manager) in Crystal lake was extremely rude to my friends and I and didn’t give us our drink that we ordered and told us to “calm down” when we waited over 10 minutes to get the drink that we had ordered.
