Horrible experience, the person in charge is a rude person and shows nothing of respect to the client, he did not want to serve us and sent another person. To serve me and I took my daughters, and even they realized that this person did not want to serve us... not even if I was very hungry I would return to this place... with so many better places, much better than this one. Where customers don't know how to appreciate!!

The older lady working at Taco Bell (night manager) in Crystal lake was extremely rude to my friends and I and didn’t give us our drink that we ordered and told us to “calm down” when we waited over 10 minutes to get the drink that we had ordered.

Five years ago I gave 5 stars but changed my mind. I don't really care about the food because I never had any issues. The only complaint is the old lady. I don't know if she's the manager but she seems to be having a bad attitude taking orders. If she doesn't want to be there she should quit her job! This is my fifth time having issues with the old lady. It feels like she doesn't even want to take orders. Never again will I come to this place. The one at Randall is 10x better.

If I had to summarize my recent Taco Bell experience. I’d explain that it was like teaching blind kids how to play basketball. An absolute joke of an establishment. Food missing, my girl got her taco with near to no meat that wasn’t even in the taco, and extremely slow for no apparent reason. My recent experience deserves to be compensated for the shared trauma and disappointment I obtained with the future of humanity.

Not only is the food WAY more expensive than nearby locations, but it just took 10 minutes of waiting in the drive thru to get our food. We could see it just sitting up there completed and the employees were just sitting there doing nothing. Won't be coming back to this location ?? Edit: 4 of 6 items were inedible. Our 2 CRUNCHY tacos were literal MUSH, fries were freezing cold in the middle and were the texture of leftover fridge fries, and the burrito smelled so much like poop that it made us gag. NEVER have I had a worse experience. $20 wasted, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
I got a mobile order of nacho fries with a side of the nacho cheese and noticed a BLACK hair in the sauce. I’m absolutely disgusted and tried calling this place four times and not one person answered the phone. I do NOT recommend this taco bell. I would drive whatever distance to the next one cause I will never eat here again. Check your food and sauces for hair if you go here because obviously they don’t wear anything and aren’t sanitary enough.

Worst service ever. Every time I go here the really old lady is rude and makes comments, either about me or my car that are highly inappropriate. The food is always stale , cold, and/or not made right in one way or another. Tonight for instance they somehow managed to mess up a quesadilla putting cheese in only half of it and gave me STALE fries I mean pretty much inedible. Honestly so worth the drive to the cary location any time of the day, avoid at all costs (Especially if the older, bigger, balding lady is working).

Most horrible service. They get paid to serve wrong orders. I was there around 11pm. No rush in drive through. Told on the order no meat. Drive to windows said. No meat only beans n cheese. The person preparing the order came to window and asked me and then the cashier explained to him, no meat only beans n cheese. I got the packet drove home and guess what the food is prepared with meat in it. These guys will serve you whatever they want to. The smile on the face, the greeting on the face it is all lie. They don't understand basic English. The worst part is in my the bird visit to this Taco Bell all 3 times the order has been incorrect. NOT TO BE VISITED.
