Cleanliness is not a priority by the workers. We were in line and in front of us were 2 girls with a dog. The girls were being good about keeping the excited dog on a short leash until one of the workers stuck her head out the counter window called the dog over and started petting it while touching the dogs mouth and letting it lick her hands. Then went back to handling food without washing her hands. Trust me I love animals but I feel if you work around food and you’re grabbing them and not washing your hands before returning to work then what else can you expect from the workers? This was only the 2nd time visiting this place but we will probably just skip it in the future.

Pork tenderloin. Mmmm. Less than 10.00 for a huge piece of breaded pork bigger than the bun! Nice, polite, helpful young ladies employed there make every trip there excellent. The pork tenderloin is like the forgotten gem of The Freeze.

We’ve been coming here for over 10 years, but it’s been awhile and it’s definitely not the same. The girl who took our order was friendly, helpful and even notified us that our food may take a little longer as the people in front of us had a large food order. The pleasantries ended there. We ordered cheese fries, the only place we could find cheese was watered down at the bottom of the cup and for the price the fries didn’t even fill the cup. Coney dogs were okay needed onions. Mozzarella sticks were great dipping sauce blah. Of the 3 Blitz we ordered 1 was the Smore, it was suppose to have marshmallow fluff. Instead it had hard stale marshmallows and a pool of chocolate syrup on top. Not sure where the graham crackers were it ended up being tossed. I thought these were suppose to be blended. Now for the girl who made and handed us our Blitz’s. She was not so friendly. Blitz’s came out 10 minutes before the food. No napkins given and the one cup was dripping ice cream all along the sides. Couldn’t get anyone’s attention for napkins until the food came. When I asked for them she handed me 2. Wipe my hands and cup and assumed there would be napkins in the food bag. Nope, for the price paid are napkins extra? So we had to go back in, I asked the same girl for napkins and she handed me 2 more. Seriously? We are eating coney dogs and we get 2 napkins for 3 people. When I asked her for more she gave me a look and handed me 3 more. I understand times have changed, but the prices are way to high for what you get.

The ice cream was good . We actually went for their cheese fries and a bit disappointing the cheese sauce was very thin and watery. Wished it was thicker to at least to stick better to the fries cause the fries were great. Not sure if we just got an odd batch or that's how they normally are.
It was our first time at the Freeze today. Kudos to the artist that made all the custom sundaes look delicious. It was so hard to choose! Plus, I've never seen so many dip flavors for a dipped cone. We ended up with the Minty Paradise and a chocolate dipped swirl cone. They were served quickly and cheerfully. And both were delicious!
