The Quarry Cable Park & Grille

The atmosphere is amazing, and the concept is really well done, it’s great to see something finally making use of the lakes around here! The location is right on the water with a beach, which adds to the laid-back, summer vibe. You can grab a drink from the bar and relax right on the sand, which is such a cool touch. While the food and drink prices are on the higher side, the overall experience and unique setting definitely make it worth checking out.

Cool place to have fun at. BUT the food is soooo overpriced for the quality of it. The burgers are like school burgers, for $14 each. I mean at least put some effort into them and be fair.

I strongly recommend choosing another place, they have sick rules, you come with your family so that you can ride and they can watch, they can sit on the beach and swim, in the end you sit in the heat and they don’t even allow you to go into the water, and all this for your $89,small parking lot, and it's dirty around

What used to be the gem of Crystal Lake has sadly turned into another money grabbing commercialized space. The workers act as if you are bothering them to do their jobs.
The drinks are insanely expensive. The food is not good and ridiculously priced. They charge $25 to use a volleyball on an empty volleyball court in the middle of the afternoon. It feels like you’ll be charged to go to the bathroom there soon.
Bring back our old quarry. Signed, the residents of Crystal Lake.

Went on Tuesday for dinner. The place was closed. Park district charges $5 to park. Attendant could not issue a refund.
Had to get a manager to come out to the parking gate to refund our $5.
Won't bother going back there.

Be sure to look at your bank account. They charged us when we were there Friday and charged us again today. Sorry Quarry Cable Park, not getting paid....again

This is a review for the cable park. I love the jumps and setup they have here. It’s a great challenge and an awesome way to bond with friends. Unlike anything else in the suburbs! My only critique is that they start your 2 hour pass as you’re paying, before you even get your rental equipment picked out. For how expensive it is, I wish they would start the time once you get to the dock.

This place is 100/10

We held a celebration of life for my mom here, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Blair was compassionate, respectful, helpful, and gave us some great ideas we hadn’t thought of ourselves. The facility is beautiful, and staff were all so kind and attentive. So many guests complimented us throughout the event on how great of a space The Quarry is! I would not hesitate to host another event there and would recommend them to anyone!

Nice place to listen to live music. Best to bring your own food.

Swinging, added seating, lakefront

We hosted a Celebration of Life event at the Quarry and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Blaire made planning incredibly easy, the day-of staff were kind and attentive and the venue itself was absolutely stunning. Many guests commented that it was the perfect backdrop for our gathering. Thank you Quarry Team.

1/3 to watch one of our favorite local bands it was awesome nice day good sunset little bit of Beach and also watching people run with the cables on their surfboards. The food service was good the bar was excellent good selection of beer and spirits and wines we'll be going back soon

I never want to slam on a cable park because we need all of them but this one just doesn’t line up with any others. We’ve been to over 15 parks and this is unquestionably the worst for core riders. It is super rule heavy compared to other parks and no real lines set up to ride. Don’t allow comp vests and require you to rent their vests. Most employees don’t actually understand wakeboarding. Honestly dangerous cable operators who don’t know how to run a cable safely and jet ski operators who have no vision of the park. One member of our group floated for close to 20 mins waiting for a pickup. It’s disappointing to see a park so mismanaged.

This place is so cute! I had the hamburger on a gluten free bun with fries and it was 10/10 my wife had the Beer brat with sweet potato fries and she said it was really good. Will definitely come back.
