Really rude, asked for two hotdogs with onions and mustard, he put only pickles on my hotdogs, before fixing it, they also gave me fries and charged me for them when I just wanted hotdogs and then rolled his eyes when I asked him to change the hotdogs. I was charged 11. 24 when I wanted only two hot dogs and a cup of cheese, and when I went back up to communicate the problem, he argued about what I ordered when I was the person ordering? Go to Tommy’s, just not this one

Disappointed. Food is soooo greasy and very bland. Pizza puff was good but I don't think they drain the grease off their food. Onion rings and a puddle of grease on the table and very bland flavor. I've been here before and food had definitely changed.

Only gave a 3 start cause they jacked their prices up REALLY high & they are only a once a month option now.Kid-friendliness: They are super sweet to my kids who are learning to come out of their shell & order on their own.

I have been going to Tommy's most of my life. The Lake in the hills location has gotten to be one of the worst locations lately. They are always getting orders wrong and its gotten more and more expensive. I understand food costs more but for this price I would expect the quality to stay the same. Im paying more for less quality food.

We used catering for Christmas. Mistaciolli had not enough sauce. Garlic bread was dry,. Not enough butter. Sausage was good. Not sure I would do it again though it was not expensive.

Amazing Chicago style hot dog, burger, gyro, brat and Italian Beef place. Gyro’s are decent. Fairly good food and prices are not bad.

I should of went with my gut when I saw the lights off but the open sign still on. Worst food experience. Moldy fries, dry gyro, cheese sauce is not cheese and the molasses on the tamale was not fully cooked. Very disappointed and they don't answer the phone.

Always fast and fresh. But the last two times we went, our beefs are never dipped when we ask for it. Thats a bummer. But they are always good at getting the orders together correctly, like we get all things but the minute errors happen. Food still tastes good though.

Unfortunately, Tommy's just ain't what it used to be.Stepped in for an Italian sausage sandwich. My Italian bread bun was just taken out of the fridge, not toasted & an overcooked reheated Italian sausage was Plopped on it.Even the Gardinera was Sub-Par tuff.Too Bad,Back in the day. I went to Tommys on 176 today 10/20/2023, OMG the Manager was so rude. He acted like I was a bother and I was the only one at first in the place. He started to take my order and in the middle of it he walked away and a sweet young girl took over. I told her in Spanish what a rude man but you could tell she was afraid of him. I wont go back, should have gone to the one on RT.14, they are awsome there. Too bad Tommy isnt around, Id fire this guy on the spot.
