My last visits to this Tommy’s Red Hots on Friday, August 1st, 2025 was pretty much good. The second time I went in to eat my dinner. They were running a bit behind on making food but overall the experience was fine. The pizza is always delicious. The staff is so polite and respectful here. (Written 8-10-25)

Tommys used to be the go to burger place in crystal lake, not anymore. For the price for a pre cooked burger it is not worth it anymore. They have been doing this for a while. Fridays used to be jammed now we know why. If you dont want a pre cooked burger stay home and cook one your self or go to portillos. Sorry tommy you lost another customer for pre cooked burgers

We ordered the gyro combination with fries and a drink. They are very generous with their meat on the gyro everything was delicious and fresh.

Tommy's is a decent spot for a quick bite. The food is pretty average – nothing to write home about, but it's not bad either. The service was okay, a little slow, but the staff was friendly enough. The prices are reasonable, so it's a good option if you're on a budget. The ribs were not good. Overall, Tommy's is fine if you're not looking for anything fancy.

Came to tommys on lunch break they messed up both orders then told me im sorry I don't know what to do I can remake them hence we were on lunch break and stay in harvard I said just refund me my money and she hung up on me. You would think after spending 35 bucks on 2 meals you would get good service. Old tommys was awesome but now days smh ill never spend another dollar at tommys again!!!!!!

There ad says $9.50 for gyro meal pop and fries I order two Sunday specials gyro dinners and they want to charge me 24.00 I show them the ad and she said she let the boss know but still wanted 24.00 no thanks you’re ad says 9.50 not find 24.00 never again will spend any money here or on Randle rd location .ripping people off.

Trash Monday Italian beef special cost 18.00 sandwich was dry as if it doesn't sit in juice meat was in square chunks fry grease tasted old. 75percent of my food made it to the trash.

These ribs were $19.25. the bread is bigger than the ribs. Also very dry. I tried to return my order and I was told that I cannot return it because it was order online. I told her that I was going online and make a comment about this, she told me, I don't care do where ever you want.
