Walking into this tropical location was so welcoming! We were greeted with smiles and joyful workers! Our smoothies were on point and the açaí bowl was super yummy!!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe provided boxed lunches for our staff luncheon. The lunch options offered created a safe and delicious option for everyone. We had staff members with gluten intolerance and vegetarians that required specialized meals. Tropical Smoothie Cafe excelled at communication, provided healthy options, and was punctual. They even delivered. Bravo! Please consider taking advantage of their catering menu!

Absolutely love Tropical Smoothie! I order catering for work events frequently and Tropical Smoothie, hands down, has the best catering in options. The staff is great to work with and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend for catering and for just a quick, healthy and tasty meal for anyone.

Always love grabbing to-go orders from here. The Chipotle flatbread sandwich is great and a healthier option. Nice to always to be able to grab an affordable, quick, easy meal from somewhere. I wish there was one in McHenry!

when i walked into the shop at 12:57 there was one only person waiting for their drink. i ordered a blimey limey with blueberries & b12, then 4 different sets of customers order behind me. since a rush was starting, a large gentlemen came out to help & placed their orders before mine.
since my smoothie took longer to make, then maybe it should have been first, like the order the drinks should be in the order they were placed in.
do better, terrible experience.

Tropacl Smoothie in Crystal Lake provided a great lunch for volenteers at our fundraiser. The wraps were honestly, delicious. Fresh and very flavorful. Thank you!
