Constantly forgetting the Nutella add on in my bowls. This time both the Nutella and extra mango. Even when I ordered the one that comes with Nutella they forget it. Will not be revisiting this location.

When I got my Açaí bowl and smoothie. The bag was all sticky. I went to the bathroom to get a wet paper towel to wipe down the bag. I didn’t want to touch my keys & steering wheel. I think the girls need to change glove before putting it in the bag.

Came here for the first time on a Monday and absolutely loved the drink I got which was Chia Banana Boost. I came back today, two days later and it was not the same drink. It tasted different not for the better and it wasn’t completely blended. Do employees not make the same drink the same way using the same ingredients??? Monday a young guy made it and I don’t have the receipt for a name, but today was Allison. Need to do a better job of being consistent.

I placed a pick-up order from your café today, and while I usually enjoy your food, I noticed the sweet potatoes side was undercooked this time. I wanted to let you know so it can be addressed, as I’ve always had great experiences with your dishes before.

I ordered from the Uber eats app and chose the no choice option referring to the protine. However, when it arrived, I only got bread and eggs. Not having any other ingredients. I ordered the breakfast cali flat bread.
I was definitely disappointed when it has never happened to me when ordering from a tropical.

I just discovered this little gem of a place. It's not cheap $ but The Bahama Mama Bowl is a delicious treat. I plan to go back for the wraps but the Bowl will be in my order.

Everyone has been beyond exceptional here, even when they are crazy busy and dealing with the utmost. They are always patient and understanding, and never rude or impatient, and that is a feat knowing how hectic serving the public can be.

Been coming here a lot lately, I love the chipotle flatbread. Just had the Açaí Bowl for the first time- it's absolutely amazing. I'm obsessed now and will be getting these all the time!
