Kiosk only ordering means I seldom come here anymore. Optional is great--mandatory kiosk ordering drives customers away. New location is nice, new store and all--but the mandatory kiosk service is so awful that I'd rather go back to the old, dated and slightly sketchy location. Disappointing.

Location is nice. I ordered a son of a baconator which comes with 2 patties and it only had 1 patty on it. This was when it was on a special, seems everyone would know how to make every item especially when they are on a special promo.

I've been to this new location twice and it's so much better than the previous location. Each time the food was hot, service quick and friendly. Frankly, I was very surprised because the service and food were very poor at their previous location. The breakfast sandwich with chicken, bacon, and maple butter sounded weird, but when I tried it it was delicious and addictive! It's also easy to eat in the car and doesn't crumble all over the place. The breakfast potatoes wedges are quite good and unusual too. I was so glad I gave this new location a try...very happy with the experience. Also, just tried the biscuit with sausage gravy...awesome texture and flavor.

I went through the drive thru of this Wendy’s on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 and got this amazing Thin Mints frostee with one of my friends. The staff were so kind and helpful. I miss the location closer to my house but I really enjoyed my visit and I’ve been here quite a few times since they reopened. It’s on a pretty busy highway so it’s hard to drive to (in my opinion) but I’ll still be back!

You can’t order at counter anymore lots of employees just standing around. Had to go through drive thru then come inside to eat due to you can’t just upgrade your fries you need to upgrade the hole meal. Their employee agreed the new way is dumb. I will not be back to this Wendy’s. Complete waste of time
