Ordered food for delivery and didn't receive my full order. When I called the restaurant to talk to someone I was told there was nothing they could do to help or refund me.
Contacting anyone else for help is impossible at this company.

We had food delivered and I was pissed because it was the wrong order. I called and admit I wasn’t the most pleasant person. A guy named Harris answered was very kind. He asked me to hold so he can review the order come to find out the error was on me and not the store. He assured me it was no problem to prepare the correct order and he’d have it ready in 10min. I came to pickup the food and not only did he have the order ready he gave me a complimentary tray of fries. I apologized for being a jerk. He and The crew were awesome! Definitely will be back!

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

We've ordered from this location twice and both times the order has been incorrect. The first time they did not give us any of the fries with the meal bundles that we ordered, and when we called to let them know, they didn't seem concerned over the fact that the order was incorrect, and the only offered solution was for us to drive back over there and pick them up. The second time, they put the fries in the bag with the vegetables and ranch, and apparently kept the bag in the fridge to keep the ranch and vegetables cold, because the fries were also ice cold from being refrigerated.

I ordered uber eats and when my drink arrived it wasn’t even full to the top more like halfway. Very disappointed im always having problems with this wingstop.
