Horrible customer service, ordered a taco online and they gave me a beef. How do you mess it up it’s in front of you not like I called and they miss heard. Pure laziness.

Order a pizza with my grandson. Was supposed to be a half Canadian bacon mushroom and half beef and mushrooms. The dough was over worked the beef was on all of the pizza. Called to complain and was told well it has mushrooms on all of it. I said I'm looking at it and there is beef on all of it. I guess I can make you a new. Was the response my grandson received. It is bad enough you cheated everyone out of their free pizzas. The least you could do is have respectfully employees and people who care if they messed up their order.

The Dallas City IL. store is our go to store. The manager and her team goes above and beyond and works from their hearts faithfully. My wife and I truly appreciate everyone there.

Kitchen needs to pay closer attention to the orders especially when certain items are requested "NOT" to be on your food due to being allergic to certain food items.

The attendant working took forever to move to the cash register to check us out. Usually, not a big deal , but today we were in a hurry and needed washer fluid. This facility has to be THE filthiest Casey’s I have ever seen. Actually, perhaps the ONLY filthy Casey’s I’ve ever seen!

They close at 11p. I have been trying to reach them since 10p because I think I left my keys there but no one is answering the phone. That's ridiculous.

Ordered food. Asked lady in the kitchen if we could please get fixings as they were out in the holder. She said yes she will grab them then she looks at me right after and snottily says "can i help you?" The lady at the register was very polite and helpful though. Still had to leave without any fixings (lettuce tomato onion) its lunchtime and it should be stocked up. Very annoyed at this..
