Your classic dive bar restaurant- delicious food, kind people, but slow service. We waited over 30 minutes for two burgers in a not busy restaurant (2 other tables - 1 already had eaten).You can order ahead or order to-go, which I highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick stop on your travels. Also, it is cash only, but they do have an ATM.Food was 5/5, but unexpectedly slow service dropped it a star.
Nothing like visiting the local tavern where everyone goes in a town of only 500 people. It was packed.The waitress was great and the food was better than expected. My wife got a burger, said it was one of the best burgers she's ever had. Apparently the beef was ground fresh the same day. I got a bacon chicken wrap and fried green beans. Went here after my son's baseball game . Nkt sure how late the kitchen is open normally but we got there around 9 . The lady said she would she still cook for us . I had the double burger and it was fantastic. Will definitely be back
