The food was just nasty. I don’t know. I haven’t been to Applebee’s before, but this doesn’t make me want to come back strawberry and banana smoothie tasted like water. I should’ve put salt and pepper on it 😅 Pasta was horrible. Chicken was surprisingly good bacon was hidden.

To start appetizers come out cold asked for ranch and waitress kept forgetting it chicken strips were more like jerky not impressed at all very bad on food and slow on service not happy staff needs better training

Sat there 20 minutes and nothing no drink never ask if we wanted a drink so we walked out

The service was great! The lady was very attentive. The food, we had the lunch special. The burger and a chicken combo. Hubby enjoyed his food, mine not so much. I couldn't bite through my chicken sandwich. It was cooked and undercooked all at the same time. Going out to eat has changed so much and not for the better. Should have just gotten the appetizers. They never go wrong. I'll try them again in another 6 months.

Way overly priced. But, service was good. Nice atmosphere. Its Winter & they had the air on so it was so cold that we ended up leaving.

I cant rate the food, I can't even really rate the service, although I will say it wasn't on its way to good one. I have been to a good share of questionable dives that aren't exactally clean, however for an applebees to be this dirty is honestly a little shocking. We could look past the food on the floor, and the disgusting bathrooms but when my water came out with food stuck on the inside of the plastic cup, we threw in the towel and left without drinking or eating anything. This is by far the worst applebees location as far as cleanliness possibly ever.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Applebee’s on Christmas Eve. I placed an order for four items and only received one—a single appetizer. When I called the restaurant, they assured me I could come back to retrieve the missing items, so I prepared to do so. Then they called again to inform me they had already thrown the food away, as it was one of the last orders of the night. Instead of a full resolution, they offered me partial credits for the missing items.

The next day, I called back because even the appetizer I received was of poor quality, and I requested a refund. The manager initially confirmed that they processed the refund. However, I never received it. When I followed up again, I was told I could only receive credits instead of the refund I was promised.

This experience has been a frustrating mix of poor communication, broken promises, and lackluster customer service. I don’t want credits—I want the issue resolved with the refund I was told I’d receive. This is not the level of service I expect from a restaurant chain like Applebee’s, especially during the holiday season.

Went in with a party of five and was refused service because no one wanted to service a party of five! We were literally just standing there waiting with all the waitresses staring at us and it was really uncomfortable and embarrassing. In my opinion this Applebee's is a joke. Seen two waitresses out smoking cigarettes when they knew we was leaving. The time was like 6pm. What a joke

Went in for a later evening meal. Server made sure we aware of specials they had.
The half priced appetizers worked out perfectly! Food was excellent, server Rachael F. Was just amazing!

Good food, haven't been to this restaurant in about a year. It was very good. I got the 2 dinners for $29. Good riblets and pasta enough for 2 days.
