Despite the fact that this place sucks I came in to get some wings and our waiter was actually decent!

Just go to McDonald's. My husband's chicken wings still had feathers on them. No joke. Pics provided. He ordered 15 wings with 2 different sauces and the wings came out as 3 sauces that he didn't order and they never brought his side. When we told the waiter, he acted like nothing happened and brought back 5 wings.....of the wrong sauce. And even after all that, we still had to fight to get the wings and side taken off our bill. Oh and our waiter kept avoiding our table after he messed the sauce up the second time. And then dropped the bill on the table as he passed our table quickly. All around, really terrible service from all and the food was disappointing.

Took 52 minutes to get food. Only one waiter for the whole restaurant that was working. 3 other waiters were standing around chatting. Terrible experience would not recommend.

Not many in the restaurant when we arrived. Waiter/waitress took our drink order quickly but after an hr. we still didn't have our food. Still waiting...will not come back to this location.

Staff was friendly but very VERY slow. We waited 35 minutes for drinks and it wasn’t busy. After getting our drinks we waited another 30-40 minutes just to get cold food. Some of our food was missing items, or just bad in taste. (We order the same things at any other Buffalo Wild Wings) We didn’t bother sending the food back because we didn’t know when we would see her again. We immediately asked for a check and waited another 15 minutes for that. Then she Blamed the entire experience on the kitchen. SMH we will NEVER go there again.

Food was ordered on a Sunday at 5:30. The takeout counter lady did not even address the issue when we had been waiting inside. Others were getting their orders who had ordered after me. It was 6:45. Shocking service. We walked out at 6:50 with NO food. They should be appalled to run an establishment this way.

After waiting an hour and a half for our food, I was so grateful that I ordered the hottest sauce for my wings to prevent my mouth from getting spicy with these absolutely useless employees who could barely manage to get drinks on our table without us checking on them— twice. You would only go here if you’re interested in magic tricks, because these employees pull off some of the most insane disappearing acts I’ve ever seem.

I am currently waiting on 10 boneless wings. It has been 32 minutes so far. Everyone is too busy with their children in the building. The place is half empty during the nfl divisional playoffs. Area manager needs to realize the problem is store management. No way should someones kids be here while they are working. There is more than one employee with multiple kids here. I am glad Applebee's is down the street.

Asked waitress if we could hear the game that's playing. We instead got to listen to rap music the whole time.

We sat here for quite a while without a waitress asking for our order. The place wasn't busy. We actually are still waiting on its been 15 minutes and still no service. There are 4 tables in here...I understand why this particular place instead busy. The service is horrible.

This place definitely left a lasting impression on me. Went here for the 19.99 special, but aside from this had only dined in this location one other time back when it opened.
First impressions: Dirty all over. The whole place looked utterly gross between the floors and tables. I have worked at several restaurants and never let it get this bad, even when I was the only one working - running the bar, changing out kegs, taking table orders, running food, and cleaning tables. Plenty of staff standing around, but all the unbussed tables when I walked in were still dirty when I left.
Service: Really really bad. The kind of service that will keep you from going back. We're talking the server slamming the drink down on the table for no reason, and no refills or asks if you need anything. This was late afternoon, hardly anyone in there meaning 1-2 other tables to serve between.
Food:
The fried stuff was decent and hot. Biggest positive side to the whole experience. The entrée was wet and harder to stomach given the state of how filthy the place was. Couldn't finish it.
Conclusion:
A YouTuber I follow ranked this burger as "S" tier, meaning top of the line. Needless to say, I now hold their opinion in no regard and will avoid "B-Dubs" far and wide for the rest of my foodie journey. If you end up here - sit at the bar, get some beers and fried food - that is my updated view of this joint as far as best case scenarios go.
