Ordered 20 boneless wings and I swear to the sweet baby moses I'm not even sure some of them were food. 20% of it was edible, the rest was a mix of tiny bits of chicken and fried batter that might have been cooked a day earlier and left on the counter. Very expensive. First and last time at a BWW.

I’m a consistent repeat customer. The cooks in the back either don’t know how to read or can’t count. They will also give you an Inaccurate time to arrive when ordering takeout. The past 2 times I’ve ordered food from this place they have given me 20 wings instead of 30. Last week this happened they gave me 10 free wings. It happened again this week. The nice lady up front taking orders had me check everything before I left. I looked at the bucket of wings and it looked like 30. I did not want to open it and count them by hand. ( they had bbq sauce on them). When I got home I decided to count them and only 20 wings were there AGAIN… I also want to point out the fact that I’ve had to wait 20-40 extra minutes than the time given to me on the website to arrive. This is completely unacceptable and I will no longer be giving this place my business. Do not recommend!

The place was empty, and it took forever to get our food. When we got our appetizer, it was undercooked, and when the burger that was ordered came out, the bun was soggy. I was never offered a refill on my drink as well. We used to love the food, service, and atmosphere, but since Covid, it has gone downhill, and I cringe at the thought of going there now.

This place used to be much nicer, but quality all across the board has gone downhill. Every visit is inconsistent. If Danville has more options, this place wouldn't survive.

Waited almost an hour for some wings, when they finally came they was cold and chewy almost like someone nuked them in the microwave then sat them aside for 30 minutes. Was charged almost double for a 10pc wing and coke.

This location never disappoints to disappoint. Servers still watch you walk in and wait 5 minutes to even acknowledge you. I’ve never seen such depressed bird dawgs. And sauceless wings must be a new item too. Tell me it isn’t so.
