DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! SCARY PLACE!!!!! ?If I could give no stars I would. They screamed at me because my mobile order wasn't popping up and I told my husband to record incase they didn't give me my food cause I'm showing them the receipt and not making it! I stood there for 30 minutes waiting.. mind you this was supposed to be able to be picked up in the drive through. They spit in my food too. I can tell. I didn't allow anyone to eat any of it because I'm pretty sure they did something to it alteast I found one slimy spit area on my whopper. My daughter who is 7 deserves an apology! You scared her!!!!!!! You don't charge someone at a counter like a bull and scream in there face with a child standing with them! Not ok! Pretty sure I saw a roach while I was standing there for 30 minutes! Corporate will be contacting because this is the nastiest place I have ever been and not only that the most unprofessional. I also checked out their rating on yelp and it's a 1!!!!!! Lol.. seriously don't go there unless you want a roach or spit or yelled at... most disgusting place I have EVER EVER been in. Disgusting people and establishment! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I stopped in this Burger King while traveling. I was really impressed with the service at this location. The staff was very friendly and the food was served fresh and hot.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Nobody was wearing gloves! Smoking cigarettes going back in & touching peoples food.Girl messing with food & holding her dirty cell phone.Dirty,don't care about their job or people's health! Needs to be investigated & management needs replaced with clean strict management that actually cares about their job,does it correctly,& cares about the customers that's paying their hard earned money for dirty,disgusting,nasty germ invested food!! Don't hire dirty people to work with people's food!

Order food and was the only customer and was told they were short staff and it would be awhile. 1 employee was on house cell phone while the other came to the window to tell me to pull forward . After 7 minutes of waiting still no food. The was told after the 7 minute wait it would be longer because there was only 2 employees. Come to find out there was 3 employees working and still no food. This is in Danville Illinois on main street. Poor customer service close the place down!!!!!!Dietary restrictions: Bad customer service
