Just got my order for 2 7.00 cheeseburger meals with hot caramel sundaes. Been trying to call. No answer. I was ripped off

This specific restaurant ownership including management are blatant thieves and fraudulent criminals!
They recently stole $40 from my credit card to pay for their friends/family's Valentine's Day online order when I live over 1,100 miles away and have never visited this location or Illinois state before!!!!
To confirm that management was part of the fraudulent purchase, I've called their restaurant multiple times and they continuously disconnect my call without ever speaking to find out the reason for multiple calls.
A legitimate and honest restaurant always answers the work phone for business purposes and to purposely decline incoming calls supports their fraudulent involvement!!!

Wife and I got 12 chicken tenders total and only got two barbecue. We requested more and the manager said 79 cents please . I highly recommend offering more sauces with more tenders only makes sense right ? Front door was broken and had a tarp on it kind of weird.

I don't believe the employee followed directions on making peanut buster parfait. It didn't have enough peanuts and chocolate.
