Wife and I got 12 chicken tenders total and only got two barbecue. We requested more and the manager said 79 cents please . I highly recommend offering more sauces with more tenders only makes sense right ? Front door was broken and had a tarp on it kind of weird.

Terrible Customer service went in and the fat Indian lady was getting my order wrong and sighed when we asked for our blizzard we also asked for carriers for our ice cream and she threw it on the table and walked away your better of going to the one on Main Street it’s way

Went to this unprofessional place called a fast food place , wanted 2 cheeseburgers add bacon , mayo, lettuce and tomato and they acted as if it was such a hard burger to make , he insisted that I wanted combo meals which I didn’t , they made it wrong 2 times and even when I offered to pay for it Manager told me I had to get a refund because I didn’t know what I ordered moral of the story if you are having a bad day work maybe you should call off , manager is very unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to anyone at all , bad place of business won’t be back any time soon

Ordered a turtle pecan sundae… owner even repeated it. Got to window, had vanilla ice cream with only pecans. He tried to tell me that was a turtle pecan sundae and that’s all that comes on it. I explained I have always gotten it with hot fudge, caramel and pecans. He said he’d do it but charge for extra toppings. Fine, whatever. But then proceeded to put cone coating on it instead of hot fudge. When the girl at the window told him it was supposed to be hot fudge not cone coating, he then added hot fudge ON TOP OF the cone coating ??♀️ she said no cone coating and he got rude with her waving his hand at her and telling her just to give it to me. I asked if it had cone coating, she said yes. I asked if I could just have a refund then if he wasn’t willing to give me what I asked for/paid for. He came to window to tell me this was a turtle pecan sundae. I said well I’m sorry, but that’s not how I’ve always gotten it and I don’t like the crunchy cone coating AND you just added hot fudge on top of that…. He said fine refund, and waved his hand at the girl again. Instead of giving me the exact change back, which was $4.xx… he made her give me a $5 and made me give change back. What a mess. Won’t be returning to this Dairy Queen. Not the first incident I’ve had here and owner is very rude.
