The staff here are always super friendly. They also must pay close attention to their regulars because as soon as I pull up my order is on the screen without even saying a word lol. I suppose that could be an issue if I was wanting something else but no I just get my regular. They have some of the best coffee in town only second to mad goat. A bit pricier than other options close by but well worth it IMO. The donuts are kinda meh and not so fresh. I don't come here for donuts though so that's a non issue for me. Would definitely recommend.

It’s apparent corporate has trained every Dunkin location to shake up the milk when making an iced matcha latte so half of the cup is FOAM. $9 for a foam milk?! I’ll never buy Dunkin again.

After ordering the candied bacon, there was a nice piece of plastic cooked in with the bacon. They are lucky my kids didn't eat the plastic or there would be legal action.

I didn’t visit Dunkin’ much until one of my closest friends started asking me to take them there. While those trips are memorable, they’ve also been a little nerve-wracking for me. There’s always the same gentleman taking drive-thru orders, and while he’s kind and clearly tries his best, I struggle to understand him due to his thick accent and the quality of the speaker system. It’s a challenge, and it does make the ordering process more stressful than I’d like. I really enjoy your drinks and donuts, but I think improving the speaker quality, or getting a worker who speaks more clearly could make the experience a lot smoother for everyone.

The apple fritters here are just fabulous! I really enjoyed the Cocoa Mocha latte as well, super decadent and chocolatey. Very clean store, and they have a pickup spot inside for online orders as well. Excellent service! Can't wait to come back to try more things!
I have tried dunkin in different locations...but the one in Danville is the best..the workers always take good care of always having my drinks they even went out of their way to have the pink machiatto for me after it was discontinued..they always have a smile on their faces...
Awesome place for that donut fix your looking for I will say I am a fan of Starbucks coffee more than dunkin but I will admit they still hold a special place in my heart

When we walk in the door we are greeted with smiles. The staff remembers what we order and normally have it started when we walk in. Absolutely love their donuts too! So 5 star down the line! Thanks for the fantastic service
